In general everything went quite well.

In general everything went quite well. Waiting time was reasonable and I appreciated the loaner. Service was completed in about 2.5 hrs which is great. Car was cleaned and is driving well. My only concern was the price. $620 for a 30,000 mile service is outrageous!

All of the services seem pretty overpriced.

All of the services seem pretty overpriced. This last time I went in the representative tried to sell me a bunch of “special” services such as alignment, fuel injector cleaning, and tire balancing. My car only has about 30k miles on it and is a hybrid so I definitely didn’t need these things they were trying to sell me. The people who handled the loaner car were great! They were super helpful and made the visit a decent one.
