My service advisor was outstanding.

My service advisor was outstanding. Malcolm paid attention to my concerns and presented me with options that would better suit my needs. He also explained the issue that was identified during the service I visited for, indicating that it would be in my best interest to replace my two rear tires due to a safety issue. He offered options to help me acquire the tires. After discussing the costs and benefits, I felt reassured that I was making the right decision for my vehicle. Malcolm even provided me with information on the warranty for the new tires, ensuring I understood the coverage. His thorough approach made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. I left the dealership feeling confident in both my vehicle's safety and the service I received.

I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance last

I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance last week, and during the inspection, I was told the passenger-side engine mount had cracks and had collapsed, and it needed to be replaced. I thought the repair would be covered under my CPO warranty, but unfortunately it wasn’t. The estimate came out to nearly $2,400, which was a lot to take on unexpectedly. Marcelino, my service advisor, was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions and walking me through everything. Chris, the service department manager, was very understanding. He personally worked with me and offered to reduce the cost significantly. Thanks to him, I only paid $1,600. I’m really thankful for both Marcelino and especially Chris for the way they took care of me.

I love working with Michael Parker in service.

I love working with Michael Parker in service. He is straightforward and explains things really well. I appreciate everyone I’ve met when dropping off and picking up my car. To a one, they are low key and super helpful. It’s a busy place so if you’re in a rush let them know.
