Very pleasant non pressures visit. Victor was a kind person that with an attitude of helpfulness. The other Victor assisted in the final paperwork. Was kind and helpful.

Excellent service and caring - worked really hard to accommodate my needs. Efficient , professional , caring and knowledgable. Documentation was extremely well handled and explained patiently and professionally. This was my 5th Toyota camery Ifrom Toyota of the desert . Top class - professional

the best car buying experience i have ever had!

Alex Viejon was our salesman, no pressure, had answers to all our questions. When we pulled up we were not bombarded with salesmen, Alex came up to us and was very polite and helpful.Went out of his way to get us in the right car for our needs. We went in thinking we wanted a van but after seeing all the options and actually looking at cars and siting in them and driving them we decided on the toyota rav4. We made our deal on the car and were waiting on financing Alex came and chatted with us, he didnt just drop us into another department and run to find the next sale. We were at other dealerships earlier in that day where we didnt feel comfortable and felt pressure that we had to purchase there. When we met Alex from the moment he said hello we never felt uncomfortable or pressure. He explained he is there to help us not push us. We had an excellent experience. We Will be back to talk to Alex next time we need a car! THANK YOU ALEX!!

BE CAREFUL!! When staff stands you up for an appointment they refuse to provide the General Manager's name and contact info. NO ACCOUNTABILITY - except a negative review. I-10 Toyota in Indio is much easier to work with.

VERY POOR SERVICE!

So pleased with the purchase of my new Toyota C-HR My salesman Sean was great, he took the time explain many of the features this car has to offer as well as trying to get me to the amount that I was willing to invest in a new car. Lastly no high pressure tactics which I really appreciated.
