You guys do a good job when I come here, but I wish I

You guys do a good job when I come here, but I wish I didn't have to come here. I hate how my car insists I take it to y'alls dealership or else it won't shut up when required maintenance time comes around. I can do simple car maintenance myself, so I only want to bring it in to be checked out when there's something I don't have the capability of doing myself, but I can also take it to another place for cheaper and get the same quality. Also, just a grievance of mine, I keep asking you guys to stop calling my by my dead dad's name and it keeps happening, which is very upsetting.

I get attitude whenever I request that my car stays

I get attitude whenever I request that my car stays clean. I also got harassed by the salesman who sold me my car. This dealership was the best when my grandmother got her Camry but once it came to my time for car buying I got the short end of the stick when it comes to attitude and grace.

The labor is becoming ridiculously expensive.

The labor is becoming ridiculously expensive. In the last couple of years, the work done on my vehicle has not been thorough, missing bolts, some mechanics forgetting to fill the oil when oil changing, forgetting to put hubcaps back on, valve stem caps, etc. these things cost money, and they are expensive for me. These things add up, and I depend on this dealership. I bought my car at this dealership. I’m certain the last Mechanic did pretty good. The service advisors usually make it right when I come back. I feel Jose is understanding and listens, when other service advisers present as irritated with me when I come back with concerns or I have questions, or when the problem came from The Mechanic to begin with. Prior to this timeframe, everything has always been carte blanche at this dealership. I should never leave the dealership with any added problems than when I came in. It doesn’t matter if it’s only three bolts, etc. I will obviously continue to come because I depend on the maintenance of my vehicle and I’m hoping that I can continue to trust this dealership. Rather my car is one year old or 15 years old. I maintain my vehicle through you and do everything that you guys tell me to do. I hope to never have any more concerns. Andreas was a good service advisor.
