My unusual experience buying parts for my F-150

I was in the Tuttle Click ford store in Irvine Ordering parts for my 2022 F-150 and Pedro Rodriquez the parts manager was super helpful and very knowledgeable, simply a delight to work with and then he turned me over to Cathy Danna, the cashier, to pay for them and she also was a very helpful delightful person to work with, what great service! And what nice people to work with. Hard to find this kind of employee's these days.

Aaaaaaasssasa

Service was performed quickly and at a good price.advisor was very helpful and kept me informed.Merlots the cashier was great as always. Ken Stahl was also very helpful.

Quality Maintenance Service

I took my 2022 F150 in for the 10K maintenance. Tim O’Neil was my Advisor and I have to tell everyone to ask for Tim! The service was quick, my truck was washed and my wait was just at an Hour. Best service I could have asked for. Tom made me feel as a valued guest, kept me updated, and answered all my questions. I am a very happy guest!

Always a positive experience

I took my Explorer in the the Irvine dealership when I noticed low tire pressure and found a bolt stuck in my tire. Zack G. took such good care of me and my car. Although the dealership was really busy, he made sure my car was looked at right away. Since the tire was going to need some work, he got me a ride to my office. He made sure to give me status updates throughout the day, and made sure I had my car back before 5:00. Fortunately they were able to patch my tire but Zack had looked into any deals or discounts we could apply if I were to need a new tire. Zack and the Tuttle Click team always do such a great job making me feel valued as a returning customer. They are the reason I have serviced my car exclusively at Tuttle Click Irvine for 5.5 years.

Service

To start, Timothy is a great guy and has always been friendly, helpful, and willing to help in any area. I would definitely try seeing Tim if possible. Sadly, after getting a rear camera recall I notice that the service guys scratched up the vinyl stripes on my car. Luckily, Tim noticed the scratch as well and ordered me new stripes right away. Overall, this dealership is great just make sure to take pics and what not before bringing your car in just in case!

Great service

Amazing service. Very friendly staff. Delivering on promise. I am really satisfied with the work they performed on my Lincoln Navigator. Their Service Representatives are kind and professional.

Go somewhere else

Collision Center worked hand-in-hand with the insurance company to jerk me over. Worst customer service ever! This was the second truck that I bought from Tuttle click Ford and I thought they would have a little more loyalty towards me! I do not recommend it at all!

10K miles service

Service all my vehicles at this dealership. Including my current Ford Bronco. Definitely not the quickest service, but I stopped by without an appointment so I guess should expect to wait a little bit more. Great Cafe at the location made the wait less painful. I had 10K service done, plus all the recalls were taken care of and one warranty issue I had. Oscar and Jack in service are great.
