Great service EIQ and outcome

Although invisible to the usual service intake person - a wonderfully professional checked on me once - then came back and started the process. He worked some kind of magic and car was done earlier than promised! Running smoothly again. A service experience that started poorly was turned around by a person who listened and said a few kind words. Car running great again!

Okay I call three time left messages for my Lincoln mxz

Okay I call three time left messages for my Lincoln mxz for service schedule. No one call I personally went on Saturday 7th May and talk to Paul Parsons and he say that Shawn will call me. As of Today Tuesday no one call. So I dont know how can I do my Lincoln car service. I hope some call and schedule my services. Thank you

Quick and painless experience!!

We had a issue with our Ford c-max plug in charger and Paul helped us figure out the problem. A good experience dealing with Paul and this dealership!

Took my New truck in for an idle issue, took a whole week

Took my New truck in for an idle issue, took a whole week to get it back and still has issues, plus they gave it back with scratches which were done by there mechanics. Would no recommend this service department at all, just bad service all around. Advisor was Paul parsons.

Always satisfied

Paul made my service experience easy. He listened to my concerns and took care of everything my car needed. When I reached out during the day, I received a prompt response. I will look forward to working with Paul and the Irvine Tuttle Click service department for a long time to come.

Above and beyond!

The process for getting my car serviced was simple and efficient. I was communicated with regularly, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate me by delivering the car to my home even though we recently moved 60 miles away from the dealership .

Good service

Paul in the service department is the best. He has helped with all 3 of my vehicles. The last one needed some major repairs and he did some digging and saw we had an extended warranty and it covered the repair.

TuttleClick Ford Irvine very professional!

My employer recommended Tuttle Click, so I thought to try; I’ve alway had foreign cars so I’ve been spoiled by excellent service. Tuttle Click treated me very well servicing my Ford even though I didn’t purchase it from this dealership but I arrived early enough as not to interfere with regular business!
