Tuttle Click Ford Lincoln

I stopped in for a service and the service department discovered some problems with my car. They solved the issues quickly and got me right out the door. Great job to my service writer Paul and to the service department!

Just had my Edge serviced (35,000 mi) along with new tires. Extremely pleased with the outcome, service advisor was Marissa. She did a great job - extremely knowledgeable and professional. Could not have imagined a better experience.

Highly recommend Tuttle Click Ford Lincoln dealer. They immediately identified the problem with my 2018 Navigator when another dealer in the area did not. They arranged for a loaner and took care of everything. Excellent customer service in both service and parts department. Moving forward, this will be our go to dealer for all service needs.

Took a diesel truck in for a oil change it took two days. With and appointment then they wanted to upstate and keep it for another day or two to change the coolest. $200.00. Rip off

I brought in my 2020 Ford Explorer for an oil change and was beyond happy with the VIP style service I experienced. I walked right in and Oscar Rosales was happy to help! He gave me an estimated wait time which wasn’t bad since I showed up late in the morning. He was very nice and professional. I could tell he loved what he does, helping others out. He even kept me up to date on how my car was coming along. He didn’t have to do that but he did and it just added to his above and beyond work. Tuttle Click provided great service to my Lincoln. I brought my car in for maintenance. During the inspection the service team found an oil leak in my engine. My advisor Kevin O made sure my car was repaired and taken care of. Kevin, Stephanie and the service team are so professional. I do appreciate the great service.

I bought my Ford Edge at Tuttle Click Irvine because of their service department and particularly their senior service rep Paul Parsons. I had a Taurus before the Edge and had it serviced twice a year for five years at T-C Irvine - never disappointed.

After working with a dealer, we found the vehicle we wanted at Tuttle and requested a transfer. Tuttle first approved the transfer and then said it had sold. We chatted online with a rep that said it was there and ready for us to come in and take a look. They then said there was too much interest in the vehicle. They lied and jerked us around for days. Horrible service. We will wait and get this vehicle anywhere else than Tuttle!
