Service Review
Took my Shelby GT350 in a couple times for service and didn’t have the best experience the first time but decided to give it another chance. Since then, they have made me happy and could say Tim was very friendly and helpful and really made me feel better about coming back. If there was something they could improve on, it’s their communication but overall they get the job done. Thanks Tim!

Great experience at Tuttle Click
Took my SUV in due to an emergency, without an appointment. They handled everything quickly, as well as some routine maintenance. They were polite and helpful, and got everything taken care of properly. I have a new service dealership!

Always great service!
I am always happy with the service I receive at Tuttle Click Ford in Irvine and this experience was no different. Diego helped my right away and reminded me of the extra service I was due for. He got my car checked in and had a Lyft for me soon after I arrived and had my car ready for pick up close to lunch. Thank you so much for the great experience!

Tuttle-Click has problems with warranty work
‘20 Ford Explorer in for non-fun ting backup camera and oil change and a few other miner items… backup camera still doesn’t work and I am still getting the “change engine oil” warning even though they had the car for two days. I called the service manager and left a nice message telling him my problem along with my number… 2 days later, crickets.

First class service
My 2018 Escape developed a problem with the Water pump while we were on vacation. We had driven down from Seattle, so we were a little freaked out anticipating a shortage of parts. The service rep Zack was very helpful and the whole experience was as good as we could have hoped for. The parts were in stock and the work was done in a very reasonable time. No problems on the return trip.

Service department is bad.
Service department is bad. I try to loyal but it's impossible. They do such a bad job. You dont take my business again. Going back to Rancho Santa Margarita Ford.
