New Battery

James was very helpful and efficient in having my battery replaced under warranty. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.was very pleased with the service.

I took my vehicle in at 9:30 am in the morning. Paperwork stated they were open till 7:00pm. After not receiving a call or text from service advisor , I called at 5:50 pm and was told service advisor went home and they would call or text me in the morning. Next morning I received a text they were working on the car, 2 hours later I was informed that I needed a new trunk Motor $539. I had taken vehicle in because rear hatch would open but would not close. I took vehicle to a local shop, they looked on line and found out all they needed to do is disconnect the battery and the lift gate would reset itself. I would think that a Ford Dealer could figure that out. Prior to this I received a recommendation from a service advisor when I had my oil changed. I had 82 K miles at that time. Wanted to change spark plugs (Ford says at 100 K miles on line),also wanted to flush transmission (Ford says at 150 K miles on line) appparently they do not follow the manufacturers recommendations.

Service review

Paul Parsons helped me with my vehicle. My check engine light was on. Ford got my vehicle fixed and I was in and out in about 24 hours. Great customer service. I will definitely be back.

20k mile service 2019 raptor

Was in and out 1 hour great service had oil change rotate tires cabin air filter great service highly recommended will use them again for next service
