Beyond disappointed in this service department.

The problem with our 2002 Mustang GT convertible remains unresolved and a mystery to this dealer!!! Our Mustang has been meticulously maintained since we purchased it new. So far we have paid more than $700 to Tuttle-Click Irvine for the repair of a computer glitch that prevents the engine from communicating properly with smog check computers. This problem remains unresolved, weeks later!!! How is this even possible? An authorized dealership can’t fix the problem??? Guess we will have no choice but to contact Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan. Surely someone there can help us solve this problem, right?!?!

Best Car Buying Experience

This was truly the easiest and most efficient car buying experience I have ever had! Not only does my family absolutely love our new Expedition, but everyone went above and beyond to get us our perfect new car.

Nice people and easy to work with!!

Have been in for maintenance and to the body shop. In both cases people and services were excellent . Will be coming to turtle click for all service moving forward.

Excellent choice!

I was nervous about purchasing an American made car since I had driven Audis over the last 17 years. The dealership experience at Tuttle Click Irvine was awesome and I love my new Nautilus! I am very happy I made the change from Audi to Lincoln. The ride is more comfortable and the technology so user friendly. This was definitely a good choice!

Service my car ford irvine auto center

Brought my car in for normal maintanence. Posted opening 7.30am. Arrived before 7.00am. It finally took first customer at after 8.00am. No one came out to announce any delays in advance! Employees in office at 7.00am. This is poor customer service and communication. Service adviser unfriendly when finally seen. Date of service july 11, 2020.

MV Explorer

As always, I am very happy with the service I received at Tuttle Click Ford! Rod had my car checked in and had a Lyft ordered for me to get to work within 5 minutes of my arrival and I got to work with time to spare. The service department is always clean and the staff is friendly. I look forward to getting my car serviced because the process is as easy as anyone could hope for.

Air Bag recall repair.

Awesome customer service! I took my 2008 Ford Fusion and had it inspected inside and outside and the airbag repair was done in time as promised. I also took my wife’s 2012 Ford Explorer in to have the electric steering fixed, which included update to the software and several recall repairs I was not even aware of. Fantastic facilities and staff. Turtle-Click Ford in Irvine, CA rocks!!
