I received a call offering a complimentary oil change; I was due for an oil change anyway so, of course, I accepted the offer. Service was reasonably fast and the experience was perfectly fine.

I took my car for a simple oil change.

I took my car for a simple oil change. They recommended a tire rotation also. And I regret ever agreeing to that. Eversince I’ve been having issues with brake indicators and now my steering wheel shakes when I brake. I just replaced the rotors in the back and replaced brake pads in the front and back. Last year. And I didn’t have any shaking in my steering wheel nor indicator lights. I thought it would resolve itself but it hasn’t. My car was driving just fine before this visit to this dealership. I am totally disgusted by this. Karen Hall

I’ve since took my car back after having the first issues and I’ve had nothing but more issues. And I really feel that it was intentionally done in retaliation of my initial complaint. Just to prove their point on recommended services. I would never recommend this dealers service center to anyone. And I will not return here ever to have further damage done to my car.

Fred, Moe and Teddy were great to work with. Got a great deal and they were not only very friendly, but also very knowledgeable and respectful of my time. This is the second time I’ve leased a vehicle at this location. Both experiences were great.

Worst dealership

Worst dealer ever. Avoid at all cost. I bought my car from them and they showed me the inspection they did on the car and everything was good and passing autonation standards which doesn’t really check for everything, after one month and less than 1,000 mile the car was shaking when I press the brakes and when I accelerate and took it to the another autonation dealer closer to me and they said I have to change the rotors and tires which will cost around $2,000 and when I went back to INFINITI Tustin I talked to the sales guy, finance manager, and the sales manager and they only said sorry we cant help with anything and DIDN’t EVEN WANT TO TAKE THE CAR TO THIER OWN SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Some of the staff is really nice there but overall I am

Some of the staff is really nice there but overall I am upset with the service I got on my 3rd visit. Spoke to the sales manager and he spoke to me in a manner like he was annoyed and over it. Even rolled his eyes. I know having an issue with your car and the dealership is frustrating but his attitude could’ve been better. He excused himself said he had more clients waiting and said he’d be back but never came back.

Great buying experience.

It was a no pressure buying experience. When the car was selected, it was washed and detailed and looked great. It was a used care and it had been completely evaluated and improvements made.
