I was very happy with the service I received.

I was very happy with the service I received. My appointment was honored on time, and my representative, Hazel, was very thorough and professional. I had confidence in her recommendations, and did not feel like there was any up selling of services. My only disappointment was that they no longer offered a loaner car for the 15K mile service - only a shuttle to home.

Routine service visit

I dropped off my QX50 at Autonation Infiniti Tustin on May 24th for a routine service. I intended to walk home in spite of a light rain (it's not far from my home) but was offered a ride home due to the weather, which I accepted. The service representative checked my car in, recorded all of the service details, and subsequently texted me when the car was ready, with a short video explaining all of the inspections performed and assuring me that all was well. I was very impressed by the quality of the service and the attention to detail shown by all personnel. My car was clean and had been washed as part of the service.
