I wanted to buy the car for cash, but my credit cards did

I wanted to buy the car for cash, but my credit cards did not want to. The finance staff worked overtime to help me move cash from my stock accounts to the dealership so that there was no need for borrowing money.

Told the scheduler that there were diagnostic issues with

Told the scheduler that there were diagnostic issues with the car. Came in on a Saturday and the service rep said the dealership did not do diagnostics on weekends, I needed to come back during the week. Can't blame the service rep, but the scheduler totally misled me

Fantastic experience all around. We weren't necessarily planning to buy a vehicle, but David Gozzo was an amazing sales person, very informative, friendly, and knowledgeable in regards to the vehicle, so that sold us. I highly recommend this dealership!

Everyone was very friends, personable nut the process

Everyone was very friends, personable nut the process took a very unreasonable long time for a haggle free buying experience (4 hours!) The next morning after I bought my used BMW, the car alerted me that the key fobs battery needed to be changed, so I asked them if they could chnage it for me. They didn't have the battery but asked me to go to a BMW dealer and have it replaced and send them the invoice. Very nice and thoughtful.

Love my car!

We bought our first electric vehicle from this location and they were extremely professional. There was no haggle and the place was very pleasant. It was probably the best car experience we've had.

I found a used BMW on CarGuru that was on this dealer's

I found a used BMW on CarGuru that was on this dealer's lot. I sent them an email asking for some details, and I received a prompt response from Moe, one of the sales team. He was curteous and responded to all my questions. We set-up a time for a test-drive later that day. When I arrived, the car was ready to go... after a short drive, I bought the car (2020 BMW X3). They purchased my old car, and we did the sales & finance paperwork on the same visit.. All told, it was about 3.5 hours. The paperwork side of things took longer than I would have liked, but it was a Friday night with a smaller crew. All told, I would recommend Moe and Tustin Infiniti.
