Excellent service! Mike L was great!

They get the idea of customer service. Very helpful, on time, provided transportation, and found warranty items I never would have seen.

I purchased my car 9 years ago from Tustin Infiniti and have always taken my care here for service. I have always been happy with the customer service. I feel safe in my car after I have had work done here. I could not be happier with a dealership.

Car Service

My service guy Jeremy was attentive and made me feel comfortable immediately despite this being my first visit there coming from Riverside. My car was washed and cleaned which made me feel much better afterwards. Details of what my car needed and what was done that day was provided along with all my questions answered appropriately. Excellent service

My Q40 broke down and had to be towed. It was close to the end of the day, but they took it right in, gave a nice Q50 loaner and sent me quickly back on my way. They found the problem (an alternator belt) and fixed it quickly. Since it was there and had never been serviced I had them check everything and had the service my brakes. They did a great job and the price was quite reasonable. Thanks guys, I’ll be back for sure.

I would like to first and foremost thank you for everything that Nima Tavakolnian and Anthony Lee have done for me during my car buying chase. Thank you for all the time and effort you put in such as staying after closing and being in touch with us throughout the week and especially your persistence to get a deal done. Thank you Nima for this great experience and building this new relationship and not just another sell for you. As long as you continue working there I will work with you only and purchase my cars from Nima. You will be getting more referrals from me due to such excellent service. Nima made this car buying experience very seamless and painless which is very unusual when going to a dealership. Nima and Anthony went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me and I could not be any happier with my purchase. Horrible Customer Service

After paying cash for my vehicle out right, 9 months later I am still trying to get any information as to where my renewal registration/vehicle tags are. Each time I have called or physically gone in, I am treated as if I am burdening them by requesting an update. The sarcasm, attitude and just plain rudeness of the staff is appalling. I have spoken to several different people, each giving me the run around that someone else takes care of that and that person isn't currently in, but they will get back to me asap. Well ASAP has turned into 9 months with not even one single returned call, email or text from anyone at this dealership. For the customer service or lack there of, I will never purchase a car from this dealership again. You would think $34,000 to a company would mean something to have a good client relationship for repeated business, but apparently to these people its meaningless once they have your money and don't care.

2018 Q50S

Fred was fantastic! He didn’t push me into a car I wasn’t interested in. He was extremely attentive with returning my calls/emails (I emailed very late one night with a question and he not only replied immediately, but followed up with a phone call the next morning). The day of lease paper signing everyone knew I was in quite a hurry therefore they were beyond accommodating with the execution of everything! Would definitely recommend this dealership (and Fred) to anyone!!
