Excellent Service
This was my first visit to Infiniti AutoNation in Tustin. The crew took really good care of my car. I had strange substance (rice) in the air filters compartments. I was notified and the air filters compartments were hoovered and cleaned.

I found my car on auto-nation but it was already reserved. The internet sales managers (Gi l& Sam) were super helpful in ensuring that I would have next option to buy, which I did. Super fast purchase. I was in and out in 2 hours with my new Cayenne, which was a great deal. Super clean almost like new. Very ensuring to know I had some guarantees and extended warranty options with Auto nation.

Happy with their service.
I am happy with the Service Dept. Kind a disappointed in the Management dept. I liked my Salesman ( Sam Park) & the F & I guy. Very professional and friendly. But they delivered to me a car with a seriously Scratched up windshield. And said it wasn?t a safety issue? That was very disappointing to me. That?s my only complaint.
