A simple Thank You note.

Service Manager Jason went above and beyond to meet my needs. He answered all the calls, returned my voice calls immediately and was very attentive to my needs and the safety of the vehicle. Buyer Beware- Snakes in the grass

Please be cautious when dealing with this dealership. Called about an advertised price of 40255 on a 2021 Chevy Silverado. Sticker price was 44255. When you include the $4000 incentive from the manufacturer the price drops to the advertised price of $40255. Simple math. When they sent me the deal via text they priced the truck at $49255. They raised the price $5000 and also added back in the freight and rally edition prices which were already included on the sticker. In addition they attempted to low ball me on my trade by $5000. Lastly, the sales manager then bad mouthed another dealership who had the same truck advertised for the true price. Needless to say I did not purchase from this dealer. 4 days later I purchased the same truck for $2000 less than the advertised $40255 and they gave me exactly what my trade was worth. Shame on you Ourisman.

Use Car wrong price tag

The car was price at one price but when we went there the sale person claim the price had to raise up 2000 dollars more, so we will be visiting them to talk about this price and if anything can't be change we will give the car back and go somewhere else.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I would not recommend Ourisman Chevrolet of Marlow Heights 4400 Branch Avenue Marlow Heights MD 20748 to anyone as they lack integrity, common decency and business sense. My son was in the process of purchasing a used car from Ourisman Chevrolet of Marlow Heights Maryland. He had been talking to a salesman there for a week and made all the preparations for the purchase. He secured a loan, obtained an insurance policy, retrieved down payment (cash) funds and investigated personal property tax; all the things necessary to show that he could afford the vehicle. On the day that he was to make the purchase, he noticed that the car was no longer on Ourisman’s website, so he called to make sure they still had the car. I told my son they probably took the ad down so that no other inquires would be made due to the pending sale to him. Ourisman Chevrolet no longer had the car, they sold it the day before. The salesperson didn’t even make a suggestion or attempt to find a replacement vehicle. My son had talked to his salesperson at 2pm the day before and was told the car was still there. No one was going to call my son to tell him the car had been sold. This was going to be his first big purchase and was super excited in making the deal. We (his family) were equally if not more excited for him. To say the least, everyone was disappointed to hear what transpired. I told my son that it is people like this that cause others not to trust anyone. Actions like this tear at the fabric of this nations foundation and cause irreparable damage to trust and belief in businesses.

No good

I drove 35 minutes to see this car Lamar the salesman he lied to me don't trust him and told me there was no damage to the car the Carfax show no damage but when I got there it was damage to the car so many scratches dance did they try to repair and the bumper was falling apart they tried to hide it by putting it together but I seen the big gaps don't waste your time going out there they ain't nothing but Liars this car is trash don't waste your time

They will try to hustle you. Waste your time to get you up there. Very bad salesman. The worst car dealership I been to so far.

Time wasters - well advised to avoid

Double-checked twice before going out to dealership if advertised price was valid only to never actually meet the person who I had the appointment with, be shunted between several other staff, and eventually waste 3 hours and be offered a price 4,000 dollars higher than that advertised - what a waste of time
