It got a little bit better but still not satisfied

I was the first customer there for an oil change and got there at 630 hoping to be no more 1 hour after they opened at 8. I did not get finished until 10. They gave me my keys but did not have pulled to the front so I had to fins the person who helped me give him back my keys and he brings my car to the front. This is my second oil change and I'm still not fully satisfied.

Great service /

There is one problem I have with Ourisman . Each time I had my tires rotated , the service person did not tighten the center hub on at least one wheel and I end up loosing one, and had to replace it for $ 47.00.

Only problem was that I had to call to find out when my car would be ready, then after I called I received an email.

Mr. Anthony was very courteous & professional

They kept my car longer than I expected...They did not fix the message that comes on the screen about my tire. I will have to take it back or to someone else.

Service

I don't know why you give appointments when it is first come first served. I got there at 6:50 and was taken at 7:10. The wait wasn't looking long but it just seems unnecessary to give out appointments.
