Trailblazer Recall

The service was good, however it has been extremely difficult to get an appointment for my recall that fit my schedule.

The good ones!!!!!!

My wife and I would definitely recommend people to Ken Pankey and Mr. Magnus for a new car (The best customer service I've seen in this area in a while). Mr. Oz was a delight to work with and such a great person (thank you again for everything Oz). I forgot the name of the young lady who helped us with the additional coverage (like ding shield, tire coverage...ect ) she was very detailed and professional and was able to convince us on the coverage. We purchased 2 cars that day. We were owed a key for one of the cars which we agreed to come back for the key. Outside of Mr. Pankey it was difficult to retrieve our 2nd key for our Impala. When Mr. Pankey came back to work he made that difficult task easy. Then Ms. Lisa Woods helped me get the key cut and programmed. She had great customer service (she helped me and a few others while an older man with a limp was kind of standing around pointing orders instead of helping. This was a great experience minus for a couple blemishes.

great service

Every time I come and get our car serviced MS.CAROLYN THOMAS always give me very good service...but I always see how she has great customer service with the clients she come in contact with..very good and kudos to her....

Great Seevice

The sales person that I worked with was Regan Harriston and he was very knowledgeable and kind. He made sure that me and my family was comfortable throughout our time spent there. After getting the car he help me set things up called to check on me after I left, and even offered to help me download my music since I had no CD player. My overall experience was great.

Friendly location. Care about their guest.
