My sales person was very friendly and patient with me. The finance guy was patient and understanding. The dealership in a whole was great.

Great One On One Customer Service

The service from Jayson was beyond exceptional, however the initial wait time and lack of acknowledgement severely irritated me. I had to be told by another waiting customer that the check in person was taking new names for service. When I approached the check in sheet the person took it from me in the midst of me signing it and asked what I needed. I understand that it was extremely busy but a level of customer service should still be observed.

Lisa Woods and her team are exceptional. Lisa is the best. She's all about customer service and does her job exceptionally well. I always ask for Lisa when I have to call about my vehicle because I know she'll take care of me in a prompt and efficient manner.

Excellent Saleman

They took us as soon as we arrived. It did not take long, our salesman, Gerald met with us and asked us about the vehicle. It was a great experience. Gerald has never been pushy, we was patient with us and showed us various options, we was very professional and was the reason my husband and I purchased a vehicle from Ourisman Chevrolet. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Great service

Had an 8:00 am appointment to have my air conditioner checked. Was seen at 8:00 and was out by 10:30 am. Glad I didn't have to wait all morning.

Outstanding Assistant Service Manager
