Great Service!

I always enjoy coming to get my vehicle serviced at Ourisman Marlow Heights. I come see Lisa Woods, my "go-to" service representative for many years! She's like family so I go to her for whatever I need. I go relax in the waiting room and soon my vehicle is ready. One thing I'd like is a car wash, but because of time I'm unable to wait 2 hours for this service. It would be nice to have my vehicle wash/vac directly after service done. Oh well, maybe next time! See you in September!

Great

After bringing my Chevy Equinox in 3 times in one week, Mr. Willie Paul stepped in and assured me that there wouldn't be a fourth time. I was extremely frustrated but Mr. Willie promised me that they would find the problem and he did, I couldn't be happier.

Long wait time, poor customer communication

Although I arrived at 8am it took 4 1/2 hours for a oil change. Mr. Anthony was very helpful of keeping my up with the time cause I explained I had a 1:00 appointment. The customer service could of been better communicated when I arrived as to how people where being serviced and in what order, it was very confusing.

Great service

My wife and I experience at the dealership was great. Our salesman was great. It probably was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership.

Great service in each department

It got a little bit better but still not satisfied

I was the first customer there for an oil change and got there at 630 hoping to be no more 1 hour after they opened at 8. I did not get finished until 10. They gave me my keys but did not have pulled to the front so I had to fins the person who helped me give him back my keys and he brings my car to the front. This is my second oil change and I'm still not fully satisfied.
