Dealership that has the inventory and staff

I came in with an internet sell and was sure that I would be leaving with the car. Eventhough we hit a snag with the Chevrolet Employee discount you found a way to work it out, and was able to take the car homne that day. Considering a 200 mile return trip to get the car 4 days later, I left very happy.

Service

I was given a rental until my car was complete. The rental time had expired before I could get back to the dealer and they honored the exta time it took me to pick up my car. Thanks to the General Manager Mark and the Service Rep. David, who explained everything that should be done to my car and my warranties. They both were very friendly and informative.

Service was great

I thought the time was long for the work done. It inclouded: An oil change, a tire rotation and overal inspection of the vehicle to ensure the proper operation of all systems.

excellent service

Roland Anthony was extremely excellent. But the person who did my car hit my car without even notifying me. I found out that my car was it when I was about to drive off. I spoke to Jose the manager who was on duty at the time took a picture and told me that he would get back to me to date. He has not. I spoke to Roland on Thursday and he told me to call back Jose .

Top tier service!!

This was a last minute decision to trade my car for a 2015 Silverado. I was very indecisive, but Charles was very patient with me. He worked very hard digging through the inventory to find exactly what I was looking for. I was very impressed with Charles and everyone else that was involved in this deal. Thank you Ourisman!!
