My salesman Charles Dyson was very helpful in my decision to purchase my new Chevrolet Equinox. I felt like he was more interested in my needs and not so much his profit. I think that in the end, we were both happy.

Was able to get into a nice vehicle, interest rates are a little high and that needs to be worked on for first time buyers and individuals with bad or no credit.

A Great Valentines Day present from Ourisman
When we came in my mother in had our doubts and wasn't sure if we were going to get a car or if all of our questions were going to be answer but they excelled in this entire process. It was the quickest and detailed experience. Gerald Holland knows he's job and the product of Chevrolet and he made me feel great about my purchase. The finance manager Dick Lamb was also great .... I have no complaints I'm completely satisfied and if I could rate them I will give 100% and more.

Great Service, Excellent Staff
The experience was outstanding. When I submitted my application online, I recieved an immediate response from the finance manager Natasha who was very pleasant and personable. When I arrived at the dealership, the salesman Ken Jones was very attentive and knowledgeable and reccomended a vechicle that he felt would satify my needs. When I requested a different vechicle, he went out of his way to find the right vechicle at the price that I could afford.

Great Dealership - Ourisman Marlow Heights
Everyone that I have worked with at Ourisman Marlow Heights in the Sales, Finance, Service, Parts and Cashier Departments has been polite and courteous and always helpful. They have always treated me like I am their top priority. I have purchased 4 cars from them and all of them were only taken to Ourisman for service. The Service Department always delivers my car back to me on time as promised. I have and will continue to recommend Ourisman to all of my friends, family and coworkers. And the only place I will purchase my Chevys from is Ourisman Marlow Heights.

The salesman, B.B., was good. Everyone else seemed to be more concerned about "closing the deal" and "up-selling". I felt like they are typical salesmen.

AWESOME SALESMAN A+ ***** (5-STARS)
Charles our salesman was great. He walked us through the process, explaining every detail. And after finance he walked us through the all the truck features, on-star, and XM Radio. I have owned many new cars and have never received this type of service. And it's not Chevrolet Dealer per say, because I have bought a new Chevrolet before and never received top notch service.
