Great service and clean

I felt like was a round family someone who cared about me and not just selling a car I felt like my best interest is what cared about also they where very respectful professional honest and caring it didn't just stop with sales person Teresa it was with everyone who I meet that day

Service Experience

Staff was very competent and helpfule. They were very easy to deal with. However, the wait was horrible. We waited almost 5 hours. The waiting room needs better free coffee and snacks. The vending machine with the most choices was broken.

I brought my car in for an oil change. It would be nice to not have to sit two hours or more for an oil change.

Love these guys!

The staff here is always so polite and friendly. They give me knowledgable information about my car and go over all options with me. The customer service is Superb in my opinion and I will continue to take my car here for service and repaid as long as I own a Chevy. Kudos

Mr. Holland: Excellent Sales Professional

My sales professional name was Gerald Holland. When I arrived at the dealership I informed him of my situation and told him what type of car I was interested in (2014 Cruze). Mr. Holland took to the car lot and showed every model available along with providing background information on the each car. This was very helpful in order to make my decision.

Great service

My husband had to work with Marlow Hgts.Ourisman Gieco Center because the car needed repairs. The experience was incredible. The rental may have taken a little more time than expected because the need of cars by other customers moved through our appointment time but service, calls, and the immediate responses I recieved on questions, pick-up dates, and I actually left belonging in the rental which was returned to me immediately. The quality of work on my vehical really surprised me because I saw no differance Iin paint color an the body work was outstanding. Thanks Ourisman body shop, Gieco, and Tammy. Great work!
