We were in the market for a Toyota Tacoma. We were coming from a recent bad experience with another dealership. Jim and the other staff at Gill Auto Group were understanding and patient; and willing to do whatever it would take to get into the vehicle of our choice. They made the whole purchasing experience very pleasant. I want to thank all of the staff, in particular Jim for all that they did. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and others. Our family is enjoying our new truck.

I was looking for a used truck to pull my toy hauler. Found two trucks that fit my requirements. I was having hard time trying to pick the right truck and Jim Hamby was so great in helping me decide which truck I should pick. There was absolutely no press in this process and in fact Jim suggested I buy the cheater truck! WOW never came across such a salesman in my entire 40 years of vehicle buying! In my family we have purchased a number of new cars and after the purchase, I always ended up with a sense or feeling of having been "screwed up". So I always had the belief that all new car dealers were the same - out to get the upper hand over the consumer. However this time when I purchased my new Ram truck, I did not feel the same way. I don't know why but some reasons might have been Mr Aguilar's knowledge, concern, friendliness and professionalism that made my wife and I very comfortable when we finally drove the truck home. I am very happy with the truck and you can bet that if we in the future decide to replace our family car you will be the first dealer to visit. Just a pleaseant overall experience. No pressure to buy a car that I did not want. Paperwork did take a little long, should really look into streamlining the process since all that is required is a signature.

great people, This wasn't the usual bull you get at most dealers. friendly staff and knowledgeable and at most dealers your in there office for hours this company is great I buy cars for my 2 business and I get sick and tired of the bull that some dealers try I will walk out. I entered the service are, I was greeted immediately by Mr. Tavares with a "Good Morning," and a friendly smile. I told Mr. T I needed an oil change, he recommended the great deal that was going on ( four oil changes for 82.00 bucks). I took the great offer and was on my way 30 minutes later. ;)
