The staff is knowledgeable of their vehicles, I was asked about my needs and wants for my future truck. I had the 2500 with the 5.7 Hemi but needed more towing capability. I was provided several options within my budget. I was able to get into a 2500 with the Cummins. I wanted a trim package that keeps the tech simple for me. The salesman found the package that suits me. The best car purchase experience I have ever had.

I bought a Ram 2500 Laramie 5/24/19, Jim did not pressure us into buying a new truck, he worked hard on getting the price I wanted to pay for the truck. Process was seamless. Jim was able to coordinate with me and work around my schedule to get the deal done. Was able to do a lot over the phone before I even got to the dealership, so it made being at the dealership less of a hassle. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't ask for, and was upfront. Would recommend.
