Great customer service and service on my car -- excellent on warranty items (fluids, 360 check, battery replacement, minor seat function repair, etc.), fully transparent and great work on non-covered service, and a very clean car inside and out at pick up. We purchased the car at Passport and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was looking for a small car--VW Golf, Veloster, Civic, etc. The Mini was the best choice all around with good reviews and high ratings in terms of reliability, gas economy, acceleration, ride and handling. The Mini 2dr 'S' was solid with super visibility and very nicely finished especially the interior. I was really impressed with the test drive. This is a great car, fun to drive yet economical to run.

I was told three times the need to use the oil Mini recomened which is 5-30 but this is not what was on my bill. I was also told they did Not change my oil, but I was billed for an oil change. This was only a part of my $5,000 bill. Great fun car to drive, but not when it comes to repairs. My advice is sell your Mini before the warranty runs out.

Lovely salesman but the manager was one of the most absurd people I’ve ever met. Refused to talk business. Dramatically tore his KBB appraisal at the end. A total waste of time.

I've been looking for convertible mini with a manual transmission that had the modern Bluetooth interface for months. My buying experience couldn't have been better. Matt and Stacie made everything easy. There was no pressure. Not at all like a typical car purchase. Matt made us feel welcome and right at home. He has a pleasant sense of humor and great demeanor. I went in to get my vehicle serviced, and on my way out the door, after having my car serviced, I decided to look at the new 2020s on the lot, I saw one in my favorite color red, and I couldn’t help myself, back into the dealership I went and I decided to purchase it! I love my Mini, this is my third one!

Justyne was the service manager. She was rude! They failed my safety inspection. Told me my car needed repairs worth $1100 dollars. And additional repairs worth $2000. I Took my car for a second opinion to another shop and it passed the safety inspection. And those guys showed me the car insides and nothing needed repair. Mini Cooper of Alexandria dealership was trying to rip me off to the tune of $3000 dollars!!

Ray Adams and everyone else who helped me with this purchase were terrific to work with; very friendly and helpful, and they figured out a way to make it happen. Like anyone who sells a superior product, they let the product sell it’s self, and they were there to provide honest and helpful guidance.
