Passport MINI of Alexandria

Our year old mini was due for an oil change as well as a state inspection. The dealership called us at home to set-up a visit and even offered to pick up our car if we preferred not going out (we’re seniors.) We opted to go in and get the work done. Dealership has adopted procedures to manage working during the pandemic. Completely satisfied with how Passport Mini runs their business.

Excellent Customer service!!! I was informed exactly what need to be done. They went over the list and ranked most important to least important. Since I am on a budget, that helped me a great deal. We got what need to be done now and over the next 3 months, will take care of everything monthly until services are completed. Much appreciative

Bought my Mini 4 years ago so I’ve had some years of service from then now. I always get excellent from Justyne and Franklin and they always make sure I get the best care for my car. They always make sure I’m set up with a decent loaner and they’re very thorough and accommodating.

Always take my Countryman for maintenance and repair to the dealership. Service is always excellent and very professional. They go above and beyond in care and service. Very customer service oriented, transparent in pricing and on time. Would give them 6 stars if it would be possible!

Having my car service there has always been a pleasant experience. The service guys makes sure to let you know of any services needed before services are done. I love that they have my car washed and ready to roll.

The dealership goes out of their way to accomadate the customers requests. The service department reps (Jim) also go out of their way and sometimes offer an alternative or recommendations with the customer in mind.

I found a used mini countryman at this dealership through an online car buying site (truecar). Filled out a form afterhours and received a call from salesman Blake the next morning. After discussing details and price, I forwarded all requested information and flew from Illinois to see and drive the car. The car was as advertised and Blake was great at answering all of my questions. I would buy another car from him any time. The finance portion of the process was a bit lengthy, but Nasir the finance guy was personable and polite. After finally paying for the car, I drove it back to Illinois and I'm very happy with the overall experience. Thanks!

I went in looking to replace my three-years leasing MINI Hardtop S, four doors. Andy and Ahmed did a great job at advising me on choices, pricing and all the other details I wanted to know. I am glad I walked out with a Countryman S, 2020!
