Lexus of Serramonte

Victor and Serramonte were superb! This was our third Dealership of the day- and by far- the most efficient, honorable, and value for the money. We saw the car listed on the website- called to ensure the car was there- said we would be there in an hour, they had it ready when we got there for a test drive- and we were driving the vehicle within 5 min of arrival. Very quick to be able to complete the deal- and the financing was also a fast experience. This dealership was straight forward- and quick in selling a car. Car was washed- gassed up- and two steps away from the door when we exited after the transaction was complete- for a quick drive off. If dealerships want to know what people want in the car buying experience- they need to model it after Victor and this establishment. Super happy with Victor and this experience. -The Ochoa’s

Mason and Victor were amazing! They helped me buy my new car with ease and was willing to work with my stepdad over the phone since he was in SoCal and also included us in the process. We were there test driving a couple cars and had so many questions but mason was helpful the entire time. The entire team stayed way past closing and never made me feel bad for it. I spent total of 6ish hours there and Victor and Mason made sure I got the best price possible and walked out happy. Even though it was super late, Mason still gave me the giant red bow and helped me take a picture with a smile and explained how my new car worked for me. It's clean and the people are very friendly. I was there in 2017 and bought a used car & met Fernando. He was calm, friendly and very patient. We felt very relaxed & I remember having a great conversation. Fast forward I was looking for another used car for one of our good friends. I found one on carfax a Cherokee jeep in serramonte. I thought to myself I've been there. I called & sure enough I have. Booked an appointment with Fernando for the next day. Fernando is so kind and a people person.
