Great customer service!!!
My husband and I made a deal with Billy Stewart over the phone. However, upon our first visit to the dealership we experienced some unfortunate situation, and were not able to complete the deal and left with out a vehicle. The very next day Ron Ward the General Sales Manager called to apologize for everything that had happed the night before, and promised to right the wrong. Our second visit to the dealership was exceptional, Ron took care of everything for us before hand. All we had to do was sign the papers and leave with our car. I highly recommend this place, all staff members are kind and friendly. Thank you Ron and thank you Billy. God bless you:)

The car buying experience at Ourisman Chrysler in uncomparable. The service was so great that when it was time to buy a car for my wife, I decided to go back to Ourisman of Bowie for the Dodge Avenger. Our paperwork carried over past noon and Mike understood that we were probably hungry at that point. Ron brought us some lunch from a local restaurant. It's these little things that make the car buying experience unique in addition to the great price! Thanks again Ourisman Chrysler of Bowie.

We got truly exemplary customer service at Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie. Everyone who interacted with us showed a genuine desire to work with us in finding the right car for us, answering our questions, coming to an agreement on the price, allaying our fears, and guiding us effortlessly through the quagmire of paperwork. Andrew, our salesman and first point of contact, felt more like a friend than a salesman. He even brought us pizza, and something to drink, when we realized that we had not had lunch yet. Both Robert and Victor projected an honest understanding of our hesitancy and our financial limitations, and worked to overcome these obstacles. Again, the word that keeps coming back to me that describes our experience at Ourisman, is "Genuine", but I would also like to add "Caring", and "Understanding".

We went in for a quick look at the end of the month and walked out with a great deal on a new car. The sale was made mostly due to our friendly sales person and ease in the business office.

By far the worst experience I've had buying a car....
By far the worst experience I've had buying a car. First off...I bought a brand new $30,000 Dodge Charger car back in April. They put down the wrong VIN on the paperwork and had me driving around in an unregistered vehicle for almost a month...I'm sure if I would've been pulled over they would've understood(ha yea right!). Second off...they sent the wrong paperwork into the MVA even after the VIN situation was fixed. The manager Ron(who comes off as a used car salesman with all his false promises) " I promise I will contact you immediately when the tags get here to the dealership". All this is after I've I had to drive to dealership 4 times because I could get a straight answer over the phone and I needed to get another set of temp tags. Third off...Its AUGUST 9th now and I still do not have my plates. I call the dealership and speak to Andrew to tell him I still do not have my plates or title. He states the tags are there at the dealership. When I arrive he says the tags have been here for sometime(20 days to be exact). I ask him why I was not contacted...he says since I had a co-signer they probably left her a message on her phone(lie) and that's probably where they sent the title to my vehicle as well(another lie). When we talk to the lady who give me my plates there's an envelope with my registration and...wait for it...my title!! Great job detective!! You couldn't look in the envelope?! Now you think this place would attempt in somehow to make it for me considering I talked about buying a new Jeep as well for the winter time. Nope! Not at all! I mentioned a minor scratch on my car and asked if they could fix it considering I drove to this place 5 times and the headache they put me through. Their answer...we have a guy who can take a look at it for you and we'll let you know a price. Really?! You're going to charge me for how much money I spent coming up here! In the end all I can say is I will definitely not be purchasing my jeep here. My only recommendation is not to purchase a vehicle here...please save yourself a headache and money.

We had visited several dealerships before coming to Ourisman Chrysler Jeep of Bowie because we were not satisfied with our experiences. After our first visit at the Bowie dealership we knew we had found a place where we could do business. We worked with Andrew Thomas while he was training Yasir Martinez. The fact that our visit included employee training did not in anyway deter from providing us excellent customer service. In fact, both Andrew and Yasir were exceptionally accommodating to our questions and concerns. Andrew, being the most experienced assured that our purchase was delivered on time and in accordance with the terms we had agreed upon. Of worthy of note, Andrew was very knowledgeable of the mechanical and interior designs of the vehicle. He was very helpful in walking us through all the electronic features that were new and initially confusing to us. Andrew also personally handled a return visit to repair a nick in the paint. We left the vehicle with Andrew and picked it up from him the next day with work completed. Andrew's friendly and professional qualities are a real attribute to your dealership. Yasir is well on his way to providing you with the same. We will not hesitate to refer others to your dealership. As an aside, Dana in finance is top notch - friendly, thorough, and no high pressure.
