We had gone just to test drive the 2014 Jeep GC. We were ready to purchase if the correct color combination was in stock. Tom was the first one to greet us as soon as we walked in the door. Of course i love no pressure, but i do want to be greeted when i walk in. Tom did just that and asked if we need help. Of course we did. He arranged for us to test drive, showed us the vehicle, and salient features of the JGC. Since the color combination we wanted wasn't in their stock, Tom said he can arrange it no problem, which he did quickly. Long story short, Tom and Dana McGriff (Sales Manager) worked quickly to match the lowest price quote I had and gave me what I had in mind for my Trade in. We finished paperwork late in the night, and took delivery of our vehicle the next day. Our toddler didn't give us enough time for Tom to go with all the features, but he's more than ready and available to make sure that we understand and know about all the features of the Jeep GC. Kendric was very patient, reviewing all the features of the vehicles. He made sure all my questions were answered. Everyone in the showroom was very friendly and they went out of their way to find the vehicle I wanted. Of all the dealers I visited, Ourisman Dodge was the by far the best to deal with, mostly due to Kendrick's personality and expertise.

Dealer messed up my new car registration. While they were attempting to straighten out the registration, they let the temporary dealer's registration expire, despite multiple requests for an extension. I had to take the car off the road. Dealer's performance was less than satisfactory.

I walked into the dealership unannounced on a cold Monday night to look at two specific vehicles. I was warmly greeted in the parking lot by Kendric, who was on his way to deal with another customer. Brandon came out and greeted me almost immediately and immediately responded to my requests, no messing around. He was proactive in demostrating a number of the Ram's features and very helpful without being aggressive or pushy at all. After viewing the two vehicles, I narrowed it down to one, and we got down to work. I asked them to shoot me their best price, and they shortly came back with a price a bit over what I originally wanted to pay. One quick exchange and I got the truck at a price I was very happy with, and purchased it immediately. Dealing with Brandon and Dana was very easy and there was no pressure or hard sell - it was easy. When I came in to pick up the truck to drive it off the lot, I got to deal with Kendric again, and he was very pleasant and took care of a last minute issue in no time. All in all, a great experience.

This place made me so comfortable and they bent over backwards to get me my first car and you will always remember your first car experience know matter what. I may not have walked out of there with the car I wanted but they gave me the blueprint for the car I want months from now.I'm definitely coming back and bringing people with me when I do.
