I got a flat on my Jeep. I made it to work and changed...
I got a flat on my Jeep. I made it to work and changed the tire with the God-awful jack that Jeep provides. I called Ourisman Chrysler Jeep of Bowie and they were able to take me in for repair, without an appointment. They related that they would allow me to come in whenever I could. I arrived several hours later. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of my service technician, but he was extremely friendly and professional...even though he was a Dallas Cowboy fan. He had some friendly banter. They were able to patch my tire in about an hour (there were several people ahead of me. After my cup of coffee and relaxation in the comfortable lounge, my vehicle was ready. Overall... a very good experience.

My car was in your care for two months. Rochelle was...
My car was in your care for two months. Rochelle was horrible. The only phone call I received from her was on the first day I dropped my car off. Having to pull information from the Service department versus it being pushed to me was highly frustrating. I felt as though my car was put on the back burner because it’s older. I’ve bought six Dodge/Chrysler vehicles in the last 15 years but don’t think I’ll be buying another one due to xxxx poor service. I feel less inclined the stay with vehicles that get less support as they age.

The service team and sales department are awesome. Everyone has great customer service there. I bring my vehicle there for service and the service manager Natasha is AWESOME she is my go to person she makes sure thing get done!!! I’m glad Ourisman dodge is located in bowie md. I went last week to the Bowie md location for a...
I went last week to the Bowie md location for a diagnostic , they had me wait 5 hours and I had an appointment too . Afterwards they told me they have to order a part for my car and they will call me once it gets there , they never called , i finally called them Saturday and spoke to an agent who pulled up my file and saw Andrea was taking care of me and spoke to the technician, he told me to come anytime this week Monday or Tuesday and they will fix it . Went today with my car and Andrea told me the technician is too busy with other jobs and the fact that my service doesn’t require me to pay because I have insurance so come back next week to get my car fixed and this so frustrating, having to go back and forth with this location . The person I spoke with , spoke to the technician and told me that I can come this week and they will take care of my car. I took days off this week to make sure my car gets fixed, making sure I am in town to get it done. Now I have to stay in town again next week to have my car fixed. I have an engine problem and obviously I noticed that no one at that location cares about that because I don’t have to pay out of pocket .

Contacted this dealership to buy a car for the advertised...
Contacted this dealership to buy a car for the advertised price on their website and they would not sell the car for the price they're advertising for they tried to add in 2000 dollars for what they call the ourisman protection package which is supposed to be for dealer prep and nitrogen in the tires, only thing this protects is their wallet. This is absolutely laughable and disgusting these are the practices that give all dealers a bad name, just read the negative reviews they give the same garbage response to contact the sales manager while they continue to try and deceive customers into paying more money. better to deal with a dealership that's up front and honest with their prices than lies like this.
