Great customer service! I was over 15 mins late coming in for my scheduled maintenance… I called the service department to see if it was okay. Mr. Martin (James) was so nice over the phone… he said sure you can come in but I might have to wait a little longer. I was very grateful as I was getting on the road the next day. And guess what? The service was still great ave it was pretty quick (in my eyes).

In a service department as busy is this one is, Rochelle Sabino made me feel as my vehicle was her top priority. The dealership can be justifiably proud of how she represents them to the customers.
