I had already committed to the sale before I walked in to the dealership. I knew what the approximate price would be and had my financing settled in advance. Originally my husband came to the dealership to pick out a new jeep for me. He met with Emmanuel on a Sunday afternoon. The transfer of information was flawless. Emmanuel was professional, quick to respond to my questions, arranged the vehicle transfer from another dealership was easy and, developing a vehicle lease plan was easy. My greatest complement to Emmanuel was the financing and the timely process. We joked about the process and typically a person is held hostage at the dealership for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
