Great service

William Amos provided great customer service in the service department. Ron Koehnleinalso did a great job in the parts department. Items needed were in-stock and always a plus when there is no lead time.

Another wrangler!

Words are simply not enough!!! Mr. Raymon, a patient, professional and very well informed salesman. I went in for an oil change but next thing you know I was right back in that chair negotiating for another wrangler. Mr. Raymond made it all possible. I wanted to upgrade but didn't think I could, well he changed all that by working really hard with his team on my behalf. I just want to say thank you! And keep doing what you are doing!

Overall easy and enjoyable experience

Preston was great at explaining every detail of the ram 1500, and the managers monty and lou were extremely professional in assisting me with all of my needs!

Pleasant surprise (:

Honestly walked into this dealership with very little to no hopes that they would be able to get me into what I wanted. Robert was extremely nice and attentive to all of my requests from the moment he sat down with my father and I. He not once shut my ideas down or told me that what I was looking for was surreal like my earlier Jeep dealership experiences that day. I was pleasantly surprised with the tons of options we were offered and I am extremely appreciative of the Finance Dept. for working diligently with my loan, payment and apr% requests. The only thing that was a bit of a turn off was when we were greeted by the manager, Lew, while going back and forth between figures for payment. Although my father and I were sitting side by side at Robert's desk, Lew directed his finance proposals to my father only instead of me. I tried speaking once and he didn't even face me and continued speaking towards my father. I don't know if he was misinformed or what but the car was going to be in MY name solely, run by MY credit, with a loan for ME not my father. He was just there for moral support since dealerships and car places can be so sexist at times (I know from previous work experience in dealerships). It took a while to get all the numbers to where I felt comfortable but the important part is that Ourisman Jeep of Bowie made it happen. I'm extremely happy with my choice and I could not thank the team enough. I plan to continue bringing them business.

Great experience!

We had a good experience finding our car with Ourisman. Great service and professionalism from beginning to end. They helped us find the car we were looking for with the exact same features we wanted, within our budget and expected time frame. Would definitely recommend it and use it again.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee but wasn't in a rush to get one. Had to be something really good for me to pull the trigger. Emailed the dealership about a car on the lot and they got back to me pretty quick. After about 2 emails on the price I was in. The price pushed me to pull the trigger on the deal. Im in NY... so I took an amtrak down, the dealership picked me up. The dealership had already closed. Monty and Lauren (who was GREAT!) met me outside. I signed the paper and in about 20 minutes I was on my way back to NYC enjoying the drive back in my new Jeep. There's no doubt in my mind that I would deal with Lauren and Monty again in a heartbeat!!!!!

Amazingly, I was in and out. It was painless!

I drove home in my 2017 Ram in about 1.5 hrs. Ask for Emmanuel Kisob! The entire ordeal flowed like a well oiled machine. I received more than expected for my trade-in.

2015 Tacoma

Stopped by on a rainy day.Met with Raymond , he showed me the Tacoma I saw online.He was very pleasant to talk to and got the keys for a test drive.The truck was perpect,went in to do the deal. One hour later I was driving my new tacoma to its new home.
