Daytona Charger

Went in not expecting to drive off the lot with anything due to showing up on short notice and no previous financing. Was able to get my car traded in, financed and off the lot and my beautiful Daytona Charger. And they worked with me the entire step of the way. At no point did I feel like they just wanted to make a sale.

Best dealer experience!

Firstly, this dealership is 35 minutes away from where I lived - I could've easily went somewhere much closer but I'm very pleased that I made the trip. I told my salesman, Preston, before I even came in I NEEDED the payments to be below 300$ because I'm in school. I wasn't willing to even come in unless I knew there was a good chance of things working out. Preston told me he would arrive around 8:30 and I told him I'd be there around 8:45 - later I found out they don't even open until 9 but Preston was still willing to get my sale started before they even officially opened! Before our test drive he oriented me to the vehicle including popping the hood (I've never experienced that before.) On the drive he offered A) curvy road B) suburb road or C) "highway" feel - I chose curvy (again, I've never experienced options before!) I obviously adored the car and so the paperwork began. Initially it didn't look promising because I thought my credit was much better than it turned out to be. He worked with the Monty in financing and got my payments down to 278$ for a 2017 Jeep Renegade. Monty was very professional and helpful in establishing the payment I wanted. Preston was extremely helpful, professional and approachable. I felt like my questions were answered with honesty and I felt comfortable throughout our entire experience. It was nice to have someone use language I understood, someone personable and also someone who ISN'T pushy! I've had terrible experiences with dealerships before, and this was the absolute best experience. The next person I met was Chu in financing - he was extremely friendly and upbeat and so excited for me! He helped me pick the best warranty installment that would be most appropriate for me. After all was said and done, I spent some more time with Preston while waiting for the car to be cleaned. After that was finished Preston took another ride with me to the gas station to fill the new car up (which I greatly appreciate.) All in all this was the BEST experience I've ever had buying a car. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership and specifically Preston a Smith to anyone looking for a new car - it's no pressure, no intimidation and he answers all questions with language that someond who isn't in the car biz can understand. Highly recommend! I'm a young female and I went to this dealer by myself and it was a MUCH better experience than when I went to other dealers with a friend who WORKED in the car industry!!! Happy car shopping!

Service 2008 Dodge Challenger

Bill and Rick on your service team were great to work with and kept me constantly updated on my car's service needs and progress. They also identified needed warranty work and had that addressed during my vehicle service. Thank you!

Number #1 salesman

Raymond is good person and such a hard worker. He left such an impression on me during the winter, that when I was ready to purchase this spring I went right back to him. I made the purchase and it was the most car purchase I have had in my years of buying cars. He gave me exactly what I wanted and there was no pressure and no problems.

Decent Experience

Overall, I had an okay and somewhat pleasant experience. If nothing else, they were quick and I appreciate that. They were not willing to haggle really at all which I was disgusted about, BUT I loved the car and TJ was just so awesome I dealt with it. So, quick sales, friendly sales, unwavering management (seriously, you couldn't fix the weather stripping at the hood at least?), BUT I got a very fair price on a beautiful car and once I got over the fact I was paying what the listed price was, things moved along blissfully quick. I'd recommend people to go shop there, but I'd definitely make sure they knew what they were walking into as well.

Couldn't Be Happier

I went to the Jeep dealer closest to home where I had purchased my previous Jeep. I was very dissatisfied with the lack of help, knowledge, and interest. I had never been to Ourisman of Bowie but it was a great stroke of luck. Preston Smith was wonderful -- interested, knowledgeable, helpful, in addition to very pleasant and friendly. Not only did I get a good deal; I got exactly the Jeep Wrangler I wanted with no hassle. I will go back to Bowie again and will recommend it to others. It's worth the drive!

Worth the 92 mile trip to Ourisman

As an internet shopper I searched for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee and contacted many Jeep dealers online using the click-on options. The replies from the various dealers were almost always generically scripted messages, most of which didn't even apply to my questions. At Ourisman of Bowie this wasn't the case. I spoke with Preston Smith and Monty Harika a few times on the phone, exchanged prices/offers and we got the transaction completed. TJ Erickson assisted the day of delivery as Preston was not available and was very helpful explaining the vehicle's options etc. Their customer service and friendliness exceeded my expectations. From Camp Hill, PA, I drove 92 miles to get to Ourisman of Bowie and probably drove past numerous other Jeep dealers. I was very pleased with this purchase and recommend others look to Ourisman as well. It was well worth the trip.

Great Experience with caring people!!

Don Okay and your site GM were both excellent to work with. They were patient, understanding and willing to go the extra mile make the sale happen. My only request is that they remind customers to make their insurance companies aware of the purchase within 72 hours. The sooner the better. This was a great experience. I will return when making my next purchase.

Raymond - Great salesperson and great guy!

Raymond recently sold me a 2017 Ram 2500 and the process was quick, painless and professional. We only did a bit of haggling, and came out with a win-win for both of us. If you're looking for a great salesman, please ask for Raymond - he will take care of you. * - I want to add that Donna in Finance was also wonderful. She thoroughly explained all the aftermarket add-ons, as well as the finance contract. She beat USAA's best APR! Great people to deal with!
