I made my appointment on line. Everything was in the computer when I arrived. Chris was polite and helpful from the moment I walked in the door until I left. The cashier was very friendly. I enjoyed the clean, quiet waiting area; I was able to take a nap and read my lesson for a week. The repair was done to my satisfaction.
