Welcoming Environment
From the time I arrived I felt welcomed, comfortable and safe. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service technician and directed to the service desk. My representative (Rick) reviewed my needs and I went to the waiting area. This environments very pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated the availability of complimentary hot drinks and water. Rick came to advise me of a recommended service to my vehicle within 45 minutes and I opted for that service as well. About 20 minutes later I was walking out the door. Every employee here is very friendly. I encountered a service technician, service representative, cashier and even a salesman who wanted to sell me another vehicle...lol. I'm a people person, so I really do appreciate employees that allow customers to feel welcomed. Thank you!

Effortless!
I arrived at he service lanes a little before 7:00 A.M. for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, wash). After Janae discussed my needs, I was directed to the waiting area. In just about an hour, I was on my way to the cashier and out the door. Since I was on a tight schedule, the in and out service made my day. Thanks for the timely service.

Because of his wonderful phone demeanor, Mr. Walford convinced me (without saying a word) to visit him in Bowie; I live in Laurel/Maryland City, 24 miles away. Raymond has an unusual gift for striking a balance between being personable and caring, and the pressing needs of selling the exact cars customers want. Raymond made the process quick and (almost) painless! Today I leased my second Dodge Challenger in a row, and would return to Mr. Walford for a third time should Dodge continue to make such quality vehicles at a great value. This impressed me the most: I love sunroofs, but none of the cars we were looking at came with one. Raymond found one, after I had given up all hope, and swung it around the front of the store with a big smile on his face. I was gobsmacked that he remembered what I loved most about my last Challenger.
