Avoid at all possible cost!

Avoid at all possible cost! After sale service is non-existent. They sold us a car with the check engine light on and signed a bill of sale saying repairs owed, and have dodged our calls and texts ever since. We have called at least weekly and have received promises of calls back and never got them. We gave up on the service department and left texts and calls and voicemail for our sales rep with no response. Texted the substitute person covering for our sales rep when he was out and never heard back after a promise to escalate to service manager. You have a legal obligation to repair this and are refusing to hold up your end, and we're paying for a car that isn't safe to drive when it works at all. Fix this, and this and all the other reviews I'm about to post will go away. I've tried everything.

Purchased a pickup in March and needed a repair was told to get fixed and would be reimbursed. Was lied by to by Marcus. Don't deal with Marcus or Emilia as they will lie right to your face just to get you out the. Door and then you are on your own

I DO NOT recommend Auffenberg Nissan service!

I DO NOT recommend Auffenberg Nissan service!! I took my Infiniti in for brake service on all four wheels. While servicing, the technician managed to crash into the building and damage both the rear bumper and the front bumper (see pics). Not sure how that much damage can be done while attempting to back out of a service bay. It took over three weeks to get the bumpers replaced and repainted. I had to request status on the progress since communication was almost non-existent. For the inconvenience, they only took $100 off the bill which is UNDER 10%! I will never do business with them and do not recommend. Avoid their service and repair department!

Drove my sons 370z to the Auffenberg Nissan to

Drove my sons 370z to the Auffenberg Nissan to investigate a check engine light as well as a fuel leak. I paid the fee to investigate and diagnose both issues but ultimatly decided not to have them complate repairs. When arriving to pickup the car I found that now it does not rev past idol and canot be driven home. I contacted Kenny Ladd (Service Manager) who said in short words "too bad" and its not their fault that the driving condition of the vehicle changed even though they were the only ones who touched the car from when it was drivable to when I had to trailer it home. Not only will I never visit this crooked dealership for service, I will also never buy a new or used car from them in my lifetime.

Auffenberg Nissan was very unprofessional, I heard sales

Auffenberg Nissan was very unprofessional, I heard sales and customer service workers at the desk speaking badly/making fun of the person’s car who picked me up after dropping my car off for service right as I was walking past them. I will never buy another car from them again or use their service. I also had poor service when buying my car; no one came to greet us or help us. I needed a car at the time so I put up with it, I will never do this again.

I enjoy the car experience I receive at Auffenberg, I

I enjoy the car experience I receive at Auffenberg, I purchased 2 cars from Auffenberg in this year alone. MY NEXT CAR WILL ALSO COME FROM YOU. Adam was very knowledgeable and made sure I was on the correct car. Finance was quick and I left knowing I will be protected during my ownership. 5 star service and an awesome facility!

I recently bought a Dodge Charger Hellcat at another

I recently bought a Dodge Charger Hellcat at another dealership out of state. It unfortunately had a ton of issues with it when I received it. I took it to Auffenberg Dodge Jeep in Shiloh to have them address all the problems. Mike Reed and his team of service reps worked hard to help me get compensation from the dealership that sold me the vehicle. The mechanic (Ron) working on my HC is honestly the best around. Simply put, he knows his "stuff"! Thank you Ron! Mike Reed, Thank you! Without you, this would have been a nightmare that never ended. I honestly appreciate everything you did for me. Your communication is 200% and that goes a long way! Sincerely, Tim Catanzaro

Pricing bait and switch

Car was advertised for $30k. Emailed in the morning and told it was still there. Showed up at noon to test drive, was told it was sold the prior day to another dealer but if I were willing to pay $34,500 they would sell it to me. Said I would need to test drive it and was told I couldn't until I agreed to the higher price. Best part, this is from an email they sent me that morning: "We do things different at Auffenberg. Every vehicle is priced to sell and the price you'll pay. There are no additional destination fees or hidden add-ons. You won't find a rebate here that you don't qualify for. In fact, there are likely others that you could qualify for. You asked for a better and more transparent way to buy a car, and we listened. "
