Alex listened to what we were looking for and helped us feel at ease. He listened to our concerns and addressed them perfectly. He helped us find the car that fit our needs even though it was not the car we initially came to see. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

the used 4 series bmw I went to see was in terrible

the used 4 series bmw I went to see was in terrible condition... hood was crooked windshield cracked across center... not visible in photos or mentioned in dealer notes about the car... wasted a drive from St Louis... now I cant get off their spam list

you changed the motor in the car, and refused to tell me

you changed the motor in the car, and refused to tell me what you were doing. Even after I asked about 5 times. I was told over and over again. We are going to take care of this. Don’t worry. As I was being ushered out of the building. You tried to make me purchase a car. So you could get your motor back in my opinion. I will never do business with you again. I’ll make sure to tell people how I was treated.
