I had the worst experience

Purchased a car in March , my car consistently had problems. They put a new engine in my car & it continued to have problems. I brought the car in a 4th time & basically said it was on me to get it fixed somewhere else.

Fruadulantly selling lemons to honest people!!!

Bought a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder in June 2022 during the process of buying the lot damaged car they had at the body shop cause front bumper was wrecked. I was told it would be fixed and as good as new. Against my judgement i went on with the deal as i really just needed a vehicle to drive back and forth to work. A month went by car still a pile of junk so then they get the bumper cover in and get it put on at the time they were told the radiater fan was running hard and the blower fan on the hvac system was malfunctioning and the hood wouldnt latch properly. They fixed the body work and returned the car as if it were a new car but come to find out the body work was all they corrected the hood still dont latch and the fan runs hard and the HVAC blows intermittently not good for defrosting the windows on top of it all here we are with a pay off of 29k for a kbb car thats booked at 12 heat dont work hood dont latch right and im disgusted with this dealership.

Glad I didn’t do business

Went online shopping for a Jeep. Came across one that was perfect with the price and mileage. All to find out that the price was incorrect. No the customer is not always right and I agree. But I even offered above the price that was listed incorrectly and they still wouldn’t work with me. Oh well. Not anybodies fault but theirs for false advertising. But it was only God looking out for me not to do business with them and to move right a long.

I purchased a new Chrysler Pacifica here. I have been looking for months. My experience working with Brendan Carrillo has been awesome. I called him in the morning to check if the Pacifica was on their lot and confirmed the price according to what I saw on the Internet. Brendan confirmed everything over the phone and when we arrived it was still the same price. Which wasn't the case at another dealer we had checked that morning. Brendan was very helpful giving us all the information about the Pacifica and comparing to other cars on the lot. Brendan was very professional through the whole process. Brendan has been available for all my questions. Brendan made sure that all our needs were meet. I highly recommend Brendan and the team at Auffenberg!!
