The service dept replaced my KIA motor on a warranty repair. They didnt install the exhaust flex tube correctly. They tried to stick with a $932 repair bill for their mistake. Im done with this dealer.

Everything went smoothly and as expected. Only complaint is I didn’t receive a carwash barcode like I have for previous service visits.

They were very considerate of my time. They did not have the part that was needed to repair my vehicle and rather than have me sit there and wait til they got it, they told me that I could leave and they would call me when it arrived. When I came back, it took less than an hour to install and I was on my way. Everyone there was kind and considerate.
