Best Ford service

Service department
I took my '01 F350 in for a number of issues (front auto-locking hubs not auto-locking, rear limited-slip differential not locking up, coolant leak, etc..). The service department did a thorough diagnosis and presented me with all the options and ramifications of the issues. The work was done in a timely manner & I was more than satisfied with the experience.

A deer in headlights
Bough a car end of October after lots of research and had concerns right out of the gate. (Drove back without a headlight)car noise concerns.. Car went back for inspection of engine noise and when I called a few times no one could establish the car was even on the lot.. As a single mom working full time I'm truly disappointed today to find that scraff had not returned the full amt of cx. Extended warranty that I felt pressured into buying at time of purchase. .

Questionable
I came in because of a transmission problem. I was told the repair would not be likely because parts may not be available. Probable cost for new transmission would exceed 4K. Repair is taking place elsewhere at a much reduced costs, no problem with availability of parts.

service on my mustang
brought my mustang in for service - staff is always friendly - the job ran 45 mins past the promised finish time, but it looked like the service person might have been training someone, so that's ok.
