Overall good, but small details
Last month we bought a 2011 Chevy Equinox from this dealership. They were very helpful. We had a unique situation and they helped us out for around 5 hours to get us into this suv. I absolutely love the car and I was extremely happy the day we bought it. HOWEVER, my check engine light came on within a week after purchase. It also had only 10% of oil life left. Pretty annoyed that we were sold a car that hadn't had a fresh oil change. Also, ALL of the previous owners insurance information, service history and even personal bank receipts were in the glovebox. We found that a little unsettling as well. Overall I suppose I can say we had a good experience but it's the small details that matter.

good stuff
While browsing, all details and features of the cars were explained to me very clearly. After we decided on a van and purchased it I still had some questions regarding the prices and payments. They were more than happy to go over everything again for me and made it all very clear to me. I'm glad they were so patient with me and answered all my questions.

My husband and I had been to several dealerships and met quite a few different people. Anothony stuck out as soon as we met him. He was not only friendly but very patient. My husband and I went in already knowing what we wanted but he still took the time to introduce us to features of the car and encouraged us to take our time to drive multiple models. Once negotiations came up he worked with us to find a great deal without pressure. We even made last minute changes on our choice of vehicles leading us back into negotiations. Anthony remained patient as he went through the process again and continued to find us a deal we were very pleased with. Every follow up meeting with Anthony has been pleasant, even after the deal was closed he and his coworkers treats us with high regard and like a friend. THANK YOU ANTHONY! Great Experience at Ourisman Honda of Laurel
Had a great experience purchasing our Honda at Ourisman in Laurel. Anthony Davenport (Sales) really made it enjoyable and is excellent with customer service. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Joe R. (Finance) was excellent as well in working with us to seal the deal. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was at Ourisman Honda to buy a new car, my second experience at this dealership. The crew was great, Anthony Davenport [Sales], Earl [Finance] & Debbie K. Lewis [Finance]. They worked with me, provided all the information I needed, customized my requirements to what would be the best for me; short and long term, accommodated all my questions with satisfactory responses. They were patient and pleasant. It made car buying pleasurable, guess what, I went in for oil change for my 2013 Pilot, left with 2 cars, 2015 Pilot & 2015 Accord. My wife loved her car and my sons had fun looking around at the cars in the showroom. Anthony creamed it all with a large pizza [Hawaiian] - it tasted real good, after a long day of getting things right. These guys are wonderful. I wish shopping for anything could be like this, MVA employees should go to Ourisman Honda in Laurel for Training in customer service.

Ask for Salesman Ramon Hart
I stopped by Ourisman Honda two weeks ago to ask for information. The salesman Ramon Hart listened, answered my questions and did not push a sale. There was no pressure from him just facts and pleasantness. I purchased a vehicle that night. Even after the sale, he answered follow up questions easing my mind. If you are considering buying a Honda, I recommend salesman Ramon Hart.
