ASK FOR ANTHONY DAVENPORT......HE IS THE BEST!!!
I was at Ourisman Honda to buy a new car, my second experience at this dealership. The crew was great, Anthony Davenport [Sales], Earl [Finance] & Debbie K. Lewis [Finance]. They worked with me, provided all the information I needed, customized my requirements to what would be the best for me; short and long term, accommodated all my questions with satisfactory responses. They were patient and pleasant. It made car buying pleasurable, guess what, I went in for oil change for my 2013 Pilot, left with 2 cars, 2015 Pilot & 2015 Accord. My wife loved her car and my sons had fun looking around at the cars in the showroom. Anthony creamed it all with a large pizza [Hawaiian] - it tasted real good, after a long day of getting things right. These guys are wonderful. I wish shopping for anything could be like this, MVA employees should go to Ourisman Honda in Laurel for Training in customer service.

Ask for Salesman Ramon Hart
I stopped by Ourisman Honda two weeks ago to ask for information. The salesman Ramon Hart listened, answered my questions and did not push a sale. There was no pressure from him just facts and pleasantness. I purchased a vehicle that night. Even after the sale, he answered follow up questions easing my mind. If you are considering buying a Honda, I recommend salesman Ramon Hart.

Excellent Professional Service
We had the best experience at Ourisman Honda! We met two very nice people at Ourisman Honda: Anthony Davenport and Debbie Lewis. Anthony Greeted us as we got out of our car. He is very helpful and has very good knowledge of the cars. He is very pleasant and guided us on the test drive. He wasn't pushy or obnoxious, and he helped us get a very good price on the car of our choice. After we agreed on the terms of the purchase, he introduced us to Debbie for financing. Debbie helped us get the lowest interest rate possible and she was able to get the lowest monthly payments. After purchasing the car, Anthony took a long time to explain the features of the car, and synchronized our mobile phone to the car's blue tooth. We recommend Ourisman Honda to anyone looking for a new car. Our experience was great and we are grateful!

I have recently purchased my Honda Accord EX-L from Ourisman Honda in Laurel. With Mr. Anthony Davenport as our sales associate, everything went very smoothly, organized, professional and easy. Financial officer, Mr. Walter Cook, did an impressive job too. Great overall experience! Will certainly go to this dealership again for my next car.

Lies and deception
What else is there to say about my experience at this dealership.I called and spoke to Anthony very nice guy about matching my price for my trade which I got from another dealer.So I went in that same day and they saw the car and agreed on the $7000 trade in value.I test drove the Honda civic I was interested in purchasing from them and we went over some numbers.So after talking to Anthony back and forth on the phone I decided to return and full out the application.He called me the following day letting me know I have been approved but something told me before I go in let me send an email inquiry about the same car under a fictitious name.The original mrsp is $21880 ,when I signed for the loan application we agreed on $19250 and I was told they could not go any lower.You would not believe the price Ramon sent me via email $17101.12.We are talking about $2000 less they were willing to sell the car for below what was offered to me.Yes, I did go in that Saturday and let me point out something else they were going to charge me $1600 for accessories although the the car only had $200 worth of accessories. I had to point that out to Ramon and they are the ones selling the car.So the manager agree to the price but only if I was willing to accept $6000 for my trade in.So remember people when this dealership agree to price match on your trade in they raise the price on the car you want.They are so shameless they still were offering me to buy the car after what they did.Of course I walked out I would not buy a car from a bunch of fraudsters , and from now on I dub them 'the Uhaul' of Honda car dealers.

Ourisman Honda VW of Laurel... GO NOW!
Don Little was extremely helpful in finding me the best car for the money, he was professional, and a pleasure to work with. Tyrone Cypress got me the best interest rate and sold me the service plan I needed, not the most expensive. He also helped me get a substantial discount through BMW USA. Though the process took a little longer than I'd like, I did drive out the same day, with the deal completed. I'm very pleased with my used 2010 335i xdrive AWD sedan. Don and Tyrone also got me retail for my trade, which I fully did not expect, but for which I am truly grateful. My next car will be through this dealership and hopefully Don and Tyrone.

5 star experience purchasing my C300 Mercedes
I recently purchased a c300 Mercedes Benz from Mr. Anthony Davenport. I can not say enough about the positive experience I had when going through the process of purchasing the car.
