I came into browse and drove home in a brand new 2914 Honda Accord. The experience was seamless and productive. I had a brand new 2014 Honda Civic XE scoped out that I knew I wanted to purchase, but wasn't sure if I'd honestly be able to afford it. I figured it was worth trying to negotiate a decent price, so I went to Ourisman last weekend and was greeted by Ramon Hart. We went to look at the car and he promised me he'd do what he could to get me a fair price. He was incredibly honest, knowledgeable and just overall an easy dealer to speak to and purchase a car from. I'd highly recommend him & the rest of the dealership to anyone looking for a car. The process was comfortable, simple and I even got a free Diet Coke out of it! I feel I got an awesome deal and I am absolutely in love with my new 2014 Honda Civic - thank you to Ramon for showing me all of the cool features - a lot of which are going to take this previous owner of a 2003 model a while to get used to!
