I knew when I walked into Ourisman/s Honda/VW of Laurel, I knew I was in the right place to purchase my next car. James Jones took me on a tour and found a Honda CRV that was just right for me. The entire process from beginning to end was so professional, and the staff was not only helpful, but they gave me some good advice for the future. Debbie was a joy to work with. She walked me through the large pile of paperwork, and did not rush the process. She made sure I was fully informed of all my options, and gave me some great advice for service packages that I could get later on. Andre Turner was behind the scenes making every step of the process quick and easy. I love my Honda CRV. Ourisman Honda of Laurel has a very professional staff and it was an easy process buying my new Honda Si Navi. My salesman was Anthony Davenport and he was very knowledgeable of my car and went out of his way to make my experience a pleasant one. They had the exact car that they had been described over the phone and I had a chance to drive it before making the purchase. Their price was as good or better than the competing dealers that made offers but, did not have the same car in stock and would have had to place an order for it.

On Friday May 9th 2014 I went to several dealerships looking for car to buy. I called Honda VW of Laurel and was introduced to Jaison Grassel from that moment on I knew I was going to have a great experience. Jaisons customer service and professionalism really made me feel like he cared about what I needed. He Went above the call of duty to make sure I was a satisfied customer. He brought alot of energy to my first experience buying a car and I will definitely look forward to the day I come back and am able to work with him on another new car purchase.

Recently I visited the Ourisman Automotive Group in Laurel, MD with my college-age son and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Anthony Davenport. He was informative, pleasant and patient. (he answered a million questions) and never once became frustrated. He showed us around and we test drove 2 different vehicles. After my son made his decision he stayed with us and helped us with all the paperwork and even gave my son some good advice.
