The entire team was great!

I had an excellent experience buying my new Honda Fit. The entire team was very helpful, especially Anthony Davenport, Julius Green, and Ramon Hart. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

Great, friendly Service!

I went to the Ourisman Honda about 5-6 months ago looking to trade in a car that my parents had brought for me. Unfortunately, they did not get a good deal on that vehicle and it still had a balance left on it. I was looking to buy my own car since that car wasnt in my name and not helping my credit. Anthony D was nice enough to tell me even as a first time buyer, my credit was well enough to get a car without a trade in and to attempt to buy a car on my own. Fast forward to now, July 2014, what better way to celebrate the fourth with a new car? I was able to go right to Anthony who gave me a great deal on a 2014 civic and i couldnt be happier with it. Anthony was extremely helpful, open to explaining/comparing other cars I had in mind, and honest with me on this new endeavor. I would 100% recommend him when you go to get a new ride. :-). I also worked with Debbie who was very helpful and gave me great tips to build my credit up as a young adult. Overall, my experience was very good and I feel confident that I took this big step at Ourisman Honda of Laurel.

Delightful Experience

It was such a delight to do business with Ourisman Honda Volkswagen of Laurel towards purchasing my new Honda CRV EXL. I'd like to mention the pro-activeness and support of MR. Anthony for making the entire process butter smooth. Mr. Joe of Finance dept was very informative and competent to finish the paper work in a jiffy.

Best Place To Purchase A New Car!!!

Buying a new car from this dealership was a great experience from beginning to end!! This dealership team went above & beyond. This was our 2nd car purchase from Ourisman VW-Honda of Laurel. We enjoyed working with Mr. Anthony Davenport (sales manager). He was friendly and knowledgable. We never felt pressured at any time in the process of our vehicle search & purchase. I am pretty certain that we test drove just about every car at the dealership and he never lost his patience. He always remained pleasant & professional. Mr. Anthony Davenport & Mr. James Jones (sales manager)both took the time to instruct us on our high tech navigation system in our Accord. They also made themselves available in future if additional questions arose. We appreciated that immensely. Mr Jim Powell with the financial team at Ourisman VW- Honda of Laurel was extremely efficient in expediting our paperwork after signing. We were thrilled to have the opportunity to drive home in our beautiful new Accord within just a couple of hours after entering the dealership. I believe we must have test drove just about every car at the dealership and he never lost patience with us, Mr Davenport remained friendly & professional at all times. James Jones & Anthony Davenport took the time to educate on all the freatures of the high tech navigation system. We are very grateful for that and now feel very comfortable with it's features. Jim Powell (w/ financial team) at Ourisman Honda of Laurel was extremely efficient in expediting our paperwork process after the purchase signing. Sold a car that barely passed inspection

Recently purchased a car in January 2014. The car barely passed inspection (meaning it was passed MD State Inspection by percentage points) as told to by the assistant service manager. The assistant Service Manager told customer that even though the brake pads passed inspection that there was no need to change them (Brake PADS was going bad then). The dealership KNEW brake pads were going bad anyway but since it passed inspection they used their own judgement, they decided not change them and sell the car Hence 5 months later, the brake pads have gone bad and they give explanations that we ARE NOT REQUIRED to change the brake pads on a used car because the car to pass inspection and we don't care about the customer safety. The idea of 'Wear and Tear" is true to a certain point but NO BRAKE PADS (new or used) goes bad in 5 months unless they was already faulty from the beginning. I recommend - DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM OURSIMAN HONDA VW of Laurel because all they care about is the bottom DOLLAR and NOT CUSTOMER SAFETY...

I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy with the vehicle that you purchased. I tried to reach out to you privately but did not get a response. We take great pride in our ability to provide safe, reliable, affordable transportation for our customers. Let me try to address your concern in a way that is easy to understand. When any vehicle is Maryland State Inspected and the parts pass inspection, it would be unusual to replace those parts as they still have valuable life left. It’s nearly impossible to accurately predict how much longer parts may last. Think of it on a scale of 1 to 10. If the requirement to pass inspection is a “6” and the part in question measures an “8” it would be wasteful to replace parts that don’t need to be replaced yet. Contrary to your comment brake pads do not typically “go bad” they “wear” from normal driving. Had we seen any defect or safety issue they would have been replaced. The other factor that makes it’s impossible to predict the brake pad lifespan is driving habits. With highway driving the pads could last years and with city driving, the life would typically be much shorter as there is a lot more stop and go traffic. I can offer a complementary safety inspection so we could verify that this is normal wear and not a defect.
