Recently purchased a car in January 2014. The car barely passed inspection (meaning it was passed MD State Inspection by percentage points) as told to by the assistant service manager. The assistant Service Manager told customer that even though the brake pads passed inspection that there was no need to change them (Brake PADS was going bad then). The dealership KNEW brake pads were going bad anyway but since it passed inspection they used their own judgement, they decided not change them and sell the car Hence 5 months later, the brake pads have gone bad and they give explanations that we ARE NOT REQUIRED to change the brake pads on a used car because the car to pass inspection and we don't care about the customer safety. The idea of 'Wear and Tear" is true to a certain point but NO BRAKE PADS (new or used) goes bad in 5 months unless they was already faulty from the beginning. I recommend - DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM OURSIMAN HONDA VW of Laurel because all they care about is the bottom DOLLAR and NOT CUSTOMER SAFETY...

I knew when I walked into Ourisman/s Honda/VW of Laurel, I knew I was in the right place to purchase my next car. James Jones took me on a tour and found a Honda CRV that was just right for me. The entire process from beginning to end was so professional, and the staff was not only helpful, but they gave me some good advice for the future. Debbie was a joy to work with. She walked me through the large pile of paperwork, and did not rush the process. She made sure I was fully informed of all my options, and gave me some great advice for service packages that I could get later on. Andre Turner was behind the scenes making every step of the process quick and easy. I love my Honda CRV. Ourisman Honda of Laurel has a very professional staff and it was an easy process buying my new Honda Si Navi. My salesman was Anthony Davenport and he was very knowledgeable of my car and went out of his way to make my experience a pleasant one. They had the exact car that they had been described over the phone and I had a chance to drive it before making the purchase. Their price was as good or better than the competing dealers that made offers but, did not have the same car in stock and would have had to place an order for it.
