Buyers beware their price are more then other dealers. I saw the ad online I send an email. Owen called me I asked him if I can get the same price at a closer Honda since I live in Baltimore he said NO that I had to go to see him. I didn't know better I believed him went up there. He didn't not give me the attention and explain anything to me. We were there from 1 till 8:30 is really a long story. He. Took my keys for my trade in I was looking for him So I could get something to eat because my husband is a Diabetic. He was not around I asked him for them Keys but he ketp disappearing. I had the worst experience ever!!!! I went back so they could show me how my car works cause he did not go over the car with me. When I got my Nissan I was really happy with my sales man I even send people to see him. This time I will never send people to laurel to buy no car. Manger was not help either !!!! They are Dishonest people I will never recommend them.

Mrs. NC – I've read your review and would like to apologize that your experience did not go as you anticipated. It’s never our intention to have any unsatisfied customers. I would like to respond to a few of your comments to offer some explanation. When you inquired about a closer Honda store with Owen Stepp: We only have two locations. We have Ourisman Honda in Laurel MD, and there’s another Ourisman location in Bethesda. Owen was upfront and honest. If you were perhaps calling our location for directions to one of our competitors, we could have misunderstood that request as that would be very rare request. As for your purchase, if Owen did not go over your CR-V in detail and you would like to stop by, we can go over the options and accessories he may have missed. I could even send a team member to your home. I apologize if Owen missed anything or did not take the time to make sure you understood everything thoroughly. You can come by Monday thru Friday from 9am until 9pm and I can have my staff help you. I want to thank you again for your purchase. It means a great deal to us that you purchased a Honda from Ourisman and we will try to make sure we spend as much time as necessary with future customers so no one feels as you do. Enjoy your CR-V and thank you again.

My wife and I bought 1998 2003 and 2006 Accords from other Honda dealers. Our experience at Ourisman was by far the best we've had. All of the staff---particularly Desmond--were friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. It felt like they guided more than sold. Joe was very helpful and Tim kept his agreements. Trust was established and felt thruout the buying process. So---none of the negative car sales stereotypes are true at Ourisman---we will be back!

Great experience

I recently went to Ourisman Honda in Laurel, MD to look at Hondas. I had the pleasure of working with Marty Ervin. Marty was professional, knew the product and I would definitely go back there again. I will also be referring Marty to all of my friends and co-workers. It was a wonderful experience.

I took my car to get serviced at Ourisman LAUREL honda. I had been a loyal customer there for 6 years since buying my car (brand new) taking my car to them for almost EVERY maintenance minder service. I knew they were ridiculously overpriced but I hadn't anticipated they were 5 times the amount of regular service cost. Don't believe most of these reviews on here. I had taken my car to them 2 weeks ago for reminder service B1. Came out having to replace brakes. fine, I paid over 400 dollars (even with coupon) for my rear brakes alone. 3 days later after service, I hear a rattling sound when I turn on the engine. Finally when I get some time off work 2 weeks later I take the car back into Ourisman honda for service. Not only did they claim that the noise wasn't overlooked during their inspection they stated it was my fault. and normal wear and tear occurred when this issue started 3 days after they replaced brakes. They even proceeded to claim that I must have been in a recent accident to cause this "wear and tear." They were not helpful and on top of it all for something they caused wanted to charge me almost 300 dollars. I went to Midas and paid for OURISMAN"s MISTAKE" a whooping $50!!!! Where as they were going to charge me 5 times that amount for an issue they probably caused themselves. I get nothing from writing a review...but I know that people out there want honest opinions. As a loyal customer of Honda I am disappointed at their service. They will never get my money again. Its up to you, but if you have money to throw away by all means use them and PAY FIVE TIMES THE AMOUNT OF THE ACTUAL SERVICE COST knowing that they only care about getting your money and not providing quality service. My only regret is going to them all these years because they obviously don't care about customer satisfaction, loyalty or service. They only care about the bottom dollar.

Thank you for contacting us and allowing us to present additional facts. (Customer name removed for privacy) brought her vehicle to Ourisman for a routine B1 service which was completed. This was a routine service visit and the work was completed properly and without issue. In the customers own complaint, she acknowledges that 3 days later she began to hear a noise. She then attempts to blame us and say we overlooked the noise. How is that possible to overlook a noise if the noise did not start until 3 days later? How can a dealership overlook something that did not exist when the service work was performed? It’s not possible and we did not make a mistake. Additionally, we did not claim that the customer has to be involved in an accident. Normal wear and tear can cause most any part to fail. An object in the road (road debris), a pot hole, a bump in pavement, etc. could cause something to dislodge. There are many factors that could cause this part to rattle. Our records indicated 876 miles had been driven as well prior to the vehicle being returned. The item that was creating the rattling noise was a heat shield that sits on top of the catalytic converter and has nothing to do with the service we performed. It is approximately 2-3 feet from the oil plug and would not have been touched during an oil change. As for our pricing policy: We use authorized Honda factory parts and we staff Factory trained technicians. I do not know how other repair facilities repair vehicles and I cannot speak about the work they perform. I can say with confidence, that if work is completed here, it’s by a trained professional and it’s covered under warranty.

We came in to pick up our 2011 CRV that had been serviced, my husband had to hurry back to work. We then decided to look around and ask about trading our lease in early. Our family is growing and we needed more room. Desmond Wilson helped us look at a 2013 honda odyssey. He went over prices with us and never pushed a sale on us. Desmond Wilson, knew what my husband wanted. Myself and Desmond, worked together on trading in our 2011 CRV and getting our new vehicle. When my husband returned to the dealership all he had to do was papperwork and we were out the door with our new van. The customer service we received from Desmond was wonderful. He was very friendly and more than happy to answer any questions and offer us something to drink, he even helped us clean out things from our old car, into our new. Overall we will be back again when our new vehicle needs serviced. We would recommend Ourisman dealership and Desmond Wilson to our friends and family. This was by far the best sales experience we have ever had, we our very pleased.

I had an overall great experience with Ourisman, professional people and a good deal. Mr. Ervin was very helpful by staying late to get my deal done & answered all of my questions before I left. I will definately do business with him and Ourisman again:)

Upon visiting this dealership I was greeted by Mr. Wilson who extremely courteous and not over barring as some car salesman can be. He was professional throughout the entire process. He inquired about what mattered most to me to get me into the right car within my price range. I would return and refer my friends and family to this dealership based off of Mr. Wilson's costumer service alone.
