I bought a brand new Accord from this dealer, a week ago....

I bought a brand new Accord from this dealer, a week ago. We were lucky to have Marshall Sanders as our sales rep. He made this purchase extremely easy. No pressure to buy, just a great source of information and support during the process. Very honest and friendly. I feel good about my purchase. I would recommend this dealer and Marshall to my friends.

Great experience great salesman!

Just a great experience from beginning to end. Walter Fletcher my salesman went above and beyond what was required to make the deal on my 2013 VW Tiguan. This was only the second new car I have ever purchased but I enjoyed this experience much more than the previous one. Walter was superior in every way and has really demonstrated excellent skills as a salesman; very friendly, approachable, and even called me. In the hospital to check up on me, not to talk cars but to see how I was doing when we weren't even sure we were buying a car (many issues with our accident loss). Great dealership, great car, and a great salesman! Hope to use them again someday.

Used a SUV as bait

I contacted the dealer last Friday and answered by a salesperson, James Jones. He told me the SUV, 2011 Hyundai Veracruz Limited, Mileage: 8,911 Body Style: SUV Exterior Color: Silver Interior Color: Beige Stock #: P4957 VIN: KM8NUDCC2BU177261 , is available to test on the Saturday. However when I drove here, he immediately told me the SUV was just sold in the Saturday morning. Then he tried to let me buy other cars.

It's regretful that you feel that we would intentionally mislead a consumer as there is nothing to be gained by that. The vehicle in question was in fact being negotiated on by another consumer and James Jones would not have control over that. He would also not be able to hold a vehicle and prevent a buyer that's physically here from looking at it because he had a phone call or customer possibly coming in. We try to coordinate our inventory and customers the best that we can but sometimes supply and demand does create issues. We often get calls and no one shows up so we can?t hold them. Just like you called on Friday, in this case, someone may have called earlier. Should this become available because they cannot secure finances, we will contact you and try and help again. But, to be clear, there is no bait and switch tactics, another consumer just beat you to the vehicle. Ed W.

Mike Scandora is a great salesman. When my parents went to look for a car for me they went to Ourisman honda of Laurel. Mike Helped them find the perfect car for me. An 06 honda accord. When I went back to the dealership Mike was very Helpful in helping me get a feel for the car. He explained all of the workings in full detail and made sure all of my questions were answered. He is a great salesperson. Thanks mike for a great car !!

After two weeks of agonizing shopping between 9 dealers,...

After two weeks of agonizing shopping between 9 dealers, a car being literally sold out from under me at one dealer. I then made a visit to ourisman thinking I would be just as disappointed. Not the case at all. Mike was extremely experienced and very understanding of our situation! He was not high pressure however had a knack for a respecting our requests without attempting to play games. So thanks to Mike Scandora and ourisman, I can say for the first time in all the years I have shopped for cars, I have never had the respect I deserved as a customer. I will certainly think of Mike Scandora first before I go anywhere. Thank you.

We have been searching for the perfect vehicle for our...

We have been searching for the perfect vehicle for our family for the past two months. That search came to a close when we visited Ourisman Honda of Laurel this weekend. We were immediately greeted by Mike Scandora while looking at a used Honda Odyssey. Mike spent a lot of time figuring out what we wanted in our next vehicle and we came to the conclusion that buying a new Honda Odyssey would be the best decision for us. We purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey in the exact color we wanted and with all the options we were looking for. He made the process simple and transparent for us. When we came to pick up the van he spent 30 minutes going over all the features and set up the radio/phone to our prefererences. We are extremely pleased with Ourisman and Mike Scandora. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking a new vehicle!

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced...

My husband and I were looking for a reasonably priced used car and came across ourisman VW. We called with a few questions and Mr. Scandora went out of his way to take photos of the car we were inquiring about and letting us know all the details before we drove from out of state. Once we arrived he made us feel at home with his genuine kindness. He was very helpful and understanding to what we were looking for. We ended up getting the exact VW we wanted, and love it. Our entire experience at ourisman VW was outstanding. The managers were also great, very understanding and very willing to help. We will definitely be back for all our services, I highly recommend this dealership, especially mr. Scandora!

I was looking for a good used car, and my search led me...

I was looking for a good used car, and my search led me to Ourisman Honda in Laurel. It was the first place I stopped on my car shopping day. Mike Scandora, the sales rep, greeted me at the door and helped me with my search. He was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I took the car for a drive and enjoyed it. Mike pulled up the CarFax listing and helped me compare it with other cars that I had on my list to look at that day. He helped me to see the value of the car they had, and I decided it met my needs and was the right price. He was even able to get a little bit more knocked off the price. Shortly after buying the car, I noticed the check-engine light came on and the cruise control was not engaging. Mike bent over backwards to get my car in for service as quickly as possible, even though it was during the very busy President's Day weekend. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem at no cost, and it really is a good car. When I am in the market for my next car, I will most likely start by calling Mike at Ourisman Honda in Laurel!
