The reason I gave this dealership such a high rating lies...

The reason I gave this dealership such a high rating lies with the salesman I met with, Marshall Sanders. In a great testament to his professionalism, Marshall very clearly knows these vehicles backwards and forwards, and was able to answer all my questions easily and in great detail. After carefully reviewing my parameters and desires in a car, Marshall found one that is not only very well suited to me, but also felt comfortable financially. Throughout the process, he was friendly, encouraging, and easy to talk to. If you are looking for a reliable vehicle, a high level of professionalism, and a pleasant experience, I suggest making an appointment with Marshall Sanders at this dealership.

A HUGE thank you to Marshall and my new friend Tyrone for...

A HUGE thank you to Marshall and my new friend Tyrone for making this process so easy and pleasant. We all dread making such a long-reaching decision such as buying a new car and they both left me feeling like I had made the perfect choice. This was my first time going through the process on my own - and Marshall was very protective of me and my specific needs. Tyrone respected my choices and was super friendly and patient. Everyone that I interacted with while at Ourisman was courteous, open, and reminiscent of a close-knit family - and thus I was very comfortable. Again, a ginormous thank you and hugs all around from me and my new baby ... her name is Sarsaparilla the Civic. :)

This is my second lease from Ourisman VW and the second...

This is my second lease from Ourisman VW and the second experience was just as pleasant as the first. Walter was able to explain all the new features and or changed features from my 2010 Jetta to my 2013. Isaac was upfront about my deal and I like that (no xx). Debbie takes the time to explain all the in's and out's of leasing and for me having always purchased car's before is very helpful.

Horrible Dealership! Keep away!!!!

Horrible service!! A salesmen sold us a used vehicle that later had many problems with it a couple of days after we purchased it. While purchasing this vehicle we told Doug Killian (salesman) repeated that if we send it to our mechanic and find something major can we return and get our money back. He clearly said yes! The salesman and the manager were extremely rude. No interpersonal communication skills.

First, I apologize that your understanding of the process was not made clear to you. We do allow our customers to have vehicles checked out by their mechanics "prior" to the purchase. We can then agree on items, if anything is found. If we agree, we sell the car, if we do not agree, then we do not make the sale. In your purchase, per your request, you asked for a significant discount on the price, which we agreed to give you, so you could save money and have someone else perform the work. For anything that is Maryland State Inspection related, we do honor that. In used vehicle purchased "as is" we cannot be expected to give a huge discount and then be asked to fix the item that we did not charge you for. It's impossible to do both. I understand that our pre-owned manager has made an appointment to have your concerns addressed.

The Associate Mike Scandora was very professional, friendly, knowledgable and patient with us. He understood that we only came to look at the cars and not purchase anything yet he continued to show us and explain the features of the car. he didn't get frustrated or impatient at any time. Always had goods things to say. He explained about buying now rather than later. He did everything to satisfy our concerns. We did buy the Honda! I think this is an excellent quality to have when dealing with customers. GOOD JOB, Mike! Great work Debbie!

Caring dealership

I was in Maryland for my daughter's college graduation in Arlington on Saturday, May 18, 2013. Friday at lunch Michelle's bank called to say someone had used her debit card number to clean out her checking account. Following lunch the battery icon on her Odyssey came on. She'd purchased a new battery for her three year old Honda in January, so I suspected the alternator had issues. We drove straight to Ourisman Honda. Arnold wrote up the vehicle and had it checked quite quickly. Arthur Howell began talking with us -- a pair of very frazzled females -- while we waited and when I explained that this was her only vehicle and eight of us needed to be in DC on Saturday for Michelle's graduation, he sent me to talk to Keith, who called around, found an alternator, and had it picked up Friday night. Keith took us over to the Enterprise people where we rented a car for the night so that we could pick up my son-in-law from the train station. As we left the dealership, Arthur handed me his card and said, "If you have any trouble, call me." What an angel. By 9:10 Saturday morning, we received a phone call to come get the working car. I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was with everyone we encountered at Ourisman Honda. Thanks to them, graduation day was a celebration, free from worry.

Amazing Experience

I have to tell the world how awesome this dealership is! I have had a couple car buying experiences, and until now they were either nothing to write home about, or out and out horrible. But after going to Ourisman with a friend on her car buying journey, I was so impressed with Marshall and Debbie, I went back and got my own new car! Marshall was extremely nice, courteous, and knowledgeable without being pushy or forceful. He gave honest, no-nonsense information and had incredible patience, making sure I was happy every step of the way. Debbie is THE most awesome finance person I have ever worked with. She was straight forward, extremely knowledgeable, and did everything she could to work out a deal I was comfortable with. She was so honest, no games or tricks, and I appreciate that most of all! It was such a low stress and easy process, made possible by all the super friendly people that work there. THIS is what a car buying experience SHOULD be like! Not only will I be bringing all my future business back to them, I will make sure I send any and everyone I know to them for the most enjoyable experience possible. After spending the past month searching the perfect...

After spending the past month searching the perfect vehicle that was within my budget I must say it was a breath of fresh air when I arrived at Ourisman Honda. I was immediately met at the door by Marshall Sanders and I was very impressed from the beginning. He was friendly, not pushy and didn’t give me any crap! Because I had already done my research I knew exactly what I wanted and they were able to deliver. I WAS BLOWN AWAY! Then as if it was already too..good to be true, I met a wonderful young lady name Debbie Lewis whom was a no-nonsense give it to ya straight kinda person and I so…appreciated that very much. She spelled out exactly what I needed and didn't cut any corners. I cannot wait to tell all of my family and friends and of course show off the new ride!!! Thanks Marshall and Debbie and my new Ourisman Honda family.
